In the end, we worked it out. Ed is a great person to deal with, very fair. We will be back again!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025This place was exactly as advertised. Best part is that it was close to the beach. Worst part it rained the last night of my stay and I could hear water dripping all night through the ceiling. The water came through in the bedroom and soaked the carpet. Did not leave a good impression.

Location is awesome (oceanfront) and all suites have an ocean view. Oceanfront pool is lovely if a bit small. My rental unit was good. Clean, well kept. Furniture as pictured. They are not kidding about supplying no spices - not even salt and pepper. Just know! The only thing I found to be a real con was no ice maker in the fridge/freezer - ok fine but there were also no ice trays to make up for it. Super annoying. I don’t want to go buy ice for a cooler for the beach when there’s a full kitchen which should be inclusive of ice of some sort. Not the biggest deal and certainly didn’t ruin the stay but it’s a thing. Weather was lovely...restaurants nearby are great and all walkable. Would recommend!

Stayed Jul 13, 2023The door to the unit is very difficult to open because the extra threshhold is so thick it rubs against the door. Pushing and pulling on it aggravated my wrist. It may be a good idea to fix that since it is the main source of egress.
