A very nice condominium with a good view of the ocean. We loved being able to use the pool.

Yes, everything was excellent. We could have used a little warmer weather, but otherwise we very much appreciated all the accomodations.

The condo was very inviting - clean, well furnished, comfortable - and all with a view of the ocean. The owners were very responsive to my emails. The location is excellent for all we ventured out to do in St. Augustine. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!!!

The condo was really nice and CLEAN! Even the baseboards were obviously wiped down. We even received an entire document in advance with detailed information including an exact inventory of included supplies. The location was convenient; it was close to activities but far enough away for privacy. Highly recommend.

Great location w/ a view of ocean from balcony. Excellent amenities ....pool, walk to beach, 3 tv's, 2 full baths w/ bathtubs, comfy beds, beachy décor, very quiet area. If you prefer to do some cooking or stay in for some meals, everything you need is provided. I will definitely stay again!

Loved the location very close to beach. We went with our adult girls and found the area to be everything that we needed. The little touches throughout made it convenient not to buy all the extra things. Condo was well maintained and around the area was the same. Pool and hot tubs were also enjoyed as a family.

My husband and I stayed the month of January and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I cooked more often than not and was surprised at how many pots/pans, utensils, baking dishes, etc were there. Very well equipped. My husband said the only thing missing for a month stay was his recliner. lol. It was very quiet and the few people we did see were really friendly. It was a short walk to the beach and there is a nice view from the balcony. The beach chairs were also nice to have. We would love to return & I highly recommend this condo.

Rob and Jane were communicative. The property is clean, well kept, and well appointed. It was a short walk to the beach which was pretty private so it was nice for relaxing. I will definitely would stay in this property again.

We were very pleased with everything! Clean accommodations, thoughtful amenities and a cute little snack pack upon our late arrival. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions prior to arrival and even reimbursed us for our parking pass. No surprise fees either! I highly recommend!

A quiet little corner on Anastasia island. Would 100% recommend to anyone with kids or anyone looking for a quiet stay. At the time we stayed, the larger pool was down so that was a shame. Kther than that, perfect week getaway.

Our condo was great for the two of us. It was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would say the only somewhat negative comment we would have is the sofa, upholstered chairs and the mattress could be replaced. . Bit theywere not the worst.

The condo was very nice, clean, quiet and a short walk to the beach. The check in process was easy and Rob was very responsive to any communications we sent. The location of the condo was excellent, being close to old town St. Augustine, many great restaurants and attractions and very easy to get around. We had a wonderful time despite the weather. Property was great! Easy check in and check out. Close to the beach and the pool. Convenient location on A1A. Condo had all the essentials. My kids said it felt like home and didn’t want to leave!

Unit was very clean and easy access. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. It was a short walk to the beach which was great. The day we checked in there had been a storm that apparently had affected the internet and TV. I would suggest putting instructions for TV because we had a hard time getting the channels on the TV. We definitely would rent this property again and enjoyed our stay.
