“Magnificent Views” from Mustang Towers Unit 401!! This elegantly decorated 3/2.5 condo will have you feeling the ocean vibes of relaxation, with colors of blues, tans, and a little hint of sunset orange.
Enter from the bay side door and directly to your left is BD1) this bedroom consists of 2 twin and 1 queen size bed, nightstand lamps, asmall chest for clothing, a closet, TV w/Spectrum cable, and WIFI. Then to your left again is BD2) this room has a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, a small desk, a small chest, a closet, a TV w/Spectrum cable, and WIFI. BA1) is a full bath between the 2 bedrooms and is complete with a tub/shower combo and a sink with a granite countertop.
Across the hall is the laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
Down the hall to your left is the kitchen, with all appliances and everything you need to prepare your family meals, both a drip and a Keurig-style coffee maker completes the kitchen. The half bath is across the hall from the kitchen. The living/dining area is an open concept, the dining table has seating for 6 with 2 additional barstools in the kitchen bar area.
The living area has a sofa and matching loveseat, end tables, lamps, coffee table, TV w/Spectrum Cable, and WIFI.
The BD3) master bedroom is off the living room, and is complete with a king bed, built-in cabinets with reading lights all around the bed, there is a walk-in closet right inside the ensuite full bath. BA2) The master bath has a sink with a granite countertop and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.
Back out in the bedroom, there is access to the deck outside that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, you can see the beach, watch the waves roll up, or watch the birds soar thru the air… You may also access this deck from the living area as well.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep.
There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m.
To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building.
On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
