Stayed Nov 9, 2025I loved staying at this condo in Long Beach! The space was beautifully decorated… cozy, comfortable, yet bright and open. The balcony was a huge bonus and made it easy to sit outside and enjoy the view. The location couldn’t have been better for a conference: just steps from the convention center and connected by walkways making it safe and accessible. It was far better than staying in a hotel and had everything I needed. The host, Nico, was fantastic—extremely responsive and helpful before, during, and even after my stay. I would highly recommend this place!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025WONDERFUL place to stay! We were in California for a family wedding and stayed a few days extra. We spent 8 nights The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, very comfortable, cozy and decorated beautifully. Nico was an excellent host. He made sure to contact us when a maintenance issue came up with the building (a minor power outage, no problem). He was available when we had questions and was just very attentive to any needs. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Recommended: WATCH the video on parking! It’s super easy after first time. And the fob that Nico will give you has to become your “best friend”

Wonderful communication and right next to the convention center; which is where we were attending a volleyballs tournament.Thank you so much for paying attention to all the small details!
