Ocean-View Fernandina Condo w/ Pool, Beach Access!

The condo was very clean and updated, nice linens and appliances. You might consider leaving a broom and a dustpan for guests to clean up sand and sweep over the floors, there is a vacuum available. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, looking forward to the next beach trip.

This condo is beautiful and clean. My family enjoyed the large pool and the easy access to the beach.

We will definitely be back condo had everything you needed and steps away from the beach. We had a wonderful trip!!!

Great getaway!

Family of 3 from St. Louis, last trip before school starts. 1st time to Island. Condo was perfect for our needs. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, clean and well stocked. Parking was never a problem. Pool was large, plenty of seating and never crowded. The boardwalk to beach was great, loved the 2 hoses provided tobrinse feet. Complex even had sand toys, boogie boards anf beach vhairs to borrow. Highly recommend.

Just as described. Pool was great and the beach was perfect. Unit was great and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was as pictured! Ease back and forth to the beach was seamless! Short distance out to the beach. Pool was never crowded. Beds comfy. Plenty of cooking supplies in kitchen. The unit could use one TV in the bedroom. Also, we were unable to locate a broom to sweep up sand during our stay & no iron! Lastly, needs a larger washer/dryer because it is recommended not putting beach towels in the washer to use the laundromat down the street. Also, there were locks on the master closet and no where to hang clothes in the additional bedroom.

My cousin and I came to Fernandina Beach for our annual girls getaway. Our stay at SandDollar Villas was just what we needed. Beautiful view, relaxing space, comfortable bed...we liked everything so much we intend to return next May to the same location, same unit. It was just perfect!

The condo is very close to restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony for sunrise is beautiful. The unit is exceptionally decorated with a beach theme, well stocked and clean.Would highly recommend staying , you won’t be disappointed.

Very small, no closet available, 3 hangers on an etagere. To actually see the ocean you have to go on the balcony and you mostly see parking lot. WiFi issues took up 3 hours of the first night “working” for the host to get it fixed then he blamed my phone! Would not go back.

The condo is cute and was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the balcony to catch some sun, read and watch the sunset. The condo has a nice TV with many apps. Loved the view and the access beach was so easy. The complex is very nice with plenty of parking. The location to other beaches was great! So many restaurants on the same road you did not have to travel far to get great food. All of them have beach access and a great view. The island has so many parks, we visited to the State Park down the street from the condo.

Very clean & comfortable condo. Great communication with host. We had so much fun with family. Very easy access to the beach. Our last night with hurricane Helene coming through was quite an experience!

Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and rained almost the entire time. Just means we will have to stay there again!

Beautiful, very clean and a perfect stay for our family of four. Had everything we needed and check in and out was very easy.

This was a peaceful girls trip! We were welcomed with the smell of a clean room and beautiful decorations! We had everything we needed for our stay! We felt safe at this villa and it was so close to the beach! We enjoyed walks on the beach and golfing nearby! Amelia has always been our favorite beach, it wasn’t packed out and everyone had space on the beach! We will definitely be back!

Arrived early and the property manager replied swiftly and accommodated us. They were professional and quick. The location was boardwalk away from the beach and the decor was perfect.

Perfect location! I noticed this specific unit was actually really clean, which is always important to me. The condo for my crew of 4 adults and 3 little ones perfectly. We can’t wait to go back!! P.S. the property manager even checked in to make sure everything was going fine. 1000/10!!
