Ocean-view condo with pool, sauna, tennis courts & private beach access

Loved the property overall and I loved the layout of the condo. Property is literally on the beach. Property owners need to correct some minor details. My shower curtain was dirty. They really should replace between guess because they are inexpensive. The curtains in the bedrooms were barely hanging and there were no curtains in the living room. I prefer to draw my curtains at night. Otherwise, the condo was clean and communication with checking in and out was a breeze.

Alot of construction. We were told minimal construction. There was hammering and power saws in the condo next to ours. And they had to shut down the guest bathroom because of leaks downstairs. We left a day early. And the thermostat was locked, so the condo stayed at a chilly 68°.

This whole property is under construction. It was not safe for our children and it was extremely loud all day so our baby was unable to nap. I’m sure this place will be lovely when renovations are complete but, we were unaware of the extent of the renovations until we arrived.

Well appointed and spacious interior - main living and kitchen area. Inviting and comfortable bedrooms that each had private bath. Two, unique in law suites for privacy. Lovely pools and patio area. Convenient beach access. Best of Holiday Isle living.

I could not have had better accommodations. Shopping was great. Walks on the beach absolutely wonderful.

Overall, the property was great. When it comes down to details, it was lacking. Check in and check out was a breeze. However, when we first arrived, I walked around barefoot for about 1 hour and when I got in the shower, my feet were black. The floors were not nearly as clean as they should be. And once in the shower, the inside of the curtain was very dirty from a previous guest. We kept most of our shirts folded for the week because we only had enough hangers for one person to use. Our washer did not work and we reported this first thing Monday morning as we were relying on a working washer for our week long stay. We were told someone would come, no one did. Finally, on Tuesday we were told someone would come Wednesday and text on their way, no one did. Then on Thursday we were told someone would come Friday between 9 and noon. My son stayed behind to wait on the maintenance person and no one came. When we arrived back that evening, we found that the washer had been repaired but it was past noon and no one texted to let us know. We were refunded 237 for the non working washer but I do feel that was a small amount for the inconvenience. We arrived Sunday, made them aware of the issue Monday morning, it was not repaired until Friday afternoon, and we left early Sunday. Also, the toaster did not work properly at all. It burnt our food and the refrigerator has no filter in it even though it makes ice. I can't say I would stay at Shoreline Towers again.

We had a great time. Place is big and spacious. Close to everything. Target right across the street. Beat part was they let us check in at 1 pm because unit was available. Will be back. Thank you

We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament and this home was perfect for my family. It was beautiful, comfy, clean, and had everything we needed and more! I loved the view and the convenience to the beach. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!! I will definitely keep this listing saved for future beach trips.

Everything was great the condo had everything we needed

VACASA communication prior to the stay was overwhelming.The kitchen was not stocked sufficiently. There was a very small pot (2 cup size), but no larger pot to cook pasta, soup, etc. There was one rusty/black cookie sheet. There was no can opener. No hand soap in kitchen. While VACASA ultimately brought us a larger pot, it took communicating with them multiple times to get it delivered. There is an unpleasant smell in this unit. It was better with balcony door open but still noticeable, even with a candle lit.Towels are very old and not soft.Water pressure in main shower is weak. Location is great! View, walk to the beach, and central location were all positives. It was nice to have a washer and dryer.While we appreciated VACASAs consideration of a partial refund, we did not enjoy this unit and would not stay here or at any VACASA property in the future.

Great stay and fully accommodating!

The property needs an update overall. The sliding glass door is very difficult to move, have to raise it with both hands then push forward. The master shower head, hand held is not working The HVAC was frozen and it was not working. Have to keep the HVAC at 70 or it will quit working The King size bed has been used alot because there are sinking spots where people have laid
