Ocean View Condo! Across from White Sands Beach! Remodeled bathroom showers!

This was our first trip to Hawaii, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and especially the large balcony overlooking the ocean and pool made it feel like home—we ate many of our meals outside enjoying the incredible view. The thoughtful extras, including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, coolers, and other beach essentials, made our adventures so much easier and more enjoyable. We were welcomed with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine, and the hosts even checked in by text during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property was beautifully maintained, and we loved the pool, clean grilling area, sauna, and reading through the guest book filled with memories and recommendations from past visitors. The location was perfect—across from one of our favorite beaches, just minutes from an amazing snorkeling spot, and conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore on the Big Island. This condo exceeded every expectation and played a huge part in making our first trip to Hawaii unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kona and this condo! The proximity along with having a second bedroom with two twin beds was very convenient. Even more, we loved exploring the Kona area beaches, and enjoyed the pool after sunsets! We appreciated Joanne’s helpful tips before the trip and clear communication along the way! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the condo. White Sands Beach is directly across the beach, making daily jaunts to the beach easy. The condo came stocked with loads of beach needs such as snorkeling gear and chairs. The air condition could not be turned down, but after a day, we acclimated well. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the dining area was great!

Location on Alii Drive was great. Easy beach access directly across the street. Parking & access to the pool was so convenient. Condo had great amenities, making it feel like home away from home.The temperature in the condo was hard to regulate & seemed warm most of the time.

The condo has a beautiful relaxing balcony and a lot of good quality beach accessories that we were able to use. We had to contact the owner and she responded immediately and was very kind. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Host was very helpful and very responsive. The condo was good for our group. 3rd floor with great views, right acrossfrom magicsand beach. Had all the kitchen, house, and beach amenities. Would highly recommend!

Had everything we needed for the week. We loved the land we spent all our time having our coffee in the morning and having dinner and playing cards in the evening. The beach being right across the street was a bonus.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at White Sands. The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. We like to eat in so having a well equipped kitchen was a bonus. Beds were comfortable, ceiling fans in each room. The weather was perfect to keep the sliders opened each night to listen to the sounds of the ocean across the street. All our meals were on the balcony.The bonus of a great washer and dryer meant all clean clothes. It's impossible to describe how beautiful the sunsets were each night. It was very very hard to pull the door shut on the last day. Thanks Joanne for being such a great host. Mahalo

This rental was amazing - fantastic access to the beach, a nice pool and barbeque area, and a well equipped condo with an awesome lanai with pool and beach views. Everything was in great working order and clean in the apartment. Having a Chromecast and Google speaker was a great touch! There were lots of great condition beach items that we enjoyed (boogie boards, beach chairs, etc). The location was also great, with quick access to town and great snorkeling. A perfect stay for a family with tweens.

Joanne responded so promptly to all my questions, her instructions were so clear, they had such great information about things to do, and the place was amazing. All the little extras like the beach chairs and boggie boards and snorkeling gear along with the great location of the condo made our trip easy!

The condo was perfect for our visit to Kona! Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and across the street from the beach!! It had everything we needed for our stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Everything was INCREDIBLE The location was perfect for my disability- it was super clean, an awesome location by the white sands beach & easy to get to town, etc. The owners were so accommodating with beach chairs and towels, umbrellas and many other conveniences!!! We LOVED it

My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. First, we had an amazing time! The condo is large, well maintained, clean, stocked with plenty of beach and pooand the location and view are incredible! Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the lanai with a beautiful ocean view! Doesn't get much better!Joanne, the owner is also great!. She is very easy to communicate with, and very understanding and accomodating. I would highly recommend staying in this unit when visiting Kailua Kona, and will definitely be coming back!

Great rental. Had everything we needed for a week on the beach with 2 teens. Cooler, boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear. Pickleball court was a fun bonus. Very clean!

The condo was perfect for our week and a half stay! Right across from Magic Sands Beach. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, and some toys that were perfect for our stay. Joanne was very helpful with any questions I had for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to a spotlessly clean condo with all the conveniences of home. We love the large lanai which is perfect for watching the ocean waves or the beautiful sunsets. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was appreciated - comfy beach chairs, coolers, even snorkel gear. We have stayed in this condo twice and we are planning to return again. Thank you for letting me purchase a new coffee pot and refunding me.

This rental was perfect for our family of four. 3rd floor unit offers excellent views of both the pool area and beach/ocean. Spacious, well laid out and well-appointed with everything you need from making meals to going to the beach. Joanne went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Good showers and beds. 4 miles south of Kona and easy access to highway bypassing Kona for those days you go off exploring. If you're an early riser, there are dedicated walking/ biking lanes on both sides of Ali'i drive with plenty of other beaches and shoreline accesses within walking distance to discover. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic accommodations for the island life. They had everything you need for nearly any activity on the beach. With a central location to everything on the western coast of the big island. Highly recommend!

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Across the road is White Sand Beach. Need to have a vehicle.
