Ocean View Condo - a Sandbridge Treasure

This placed with ocean view was amazing. Big apartment easy to acss. With walking distance to the beach. Definitely will come back again

Great location! Clean! Never had to meet owner to get keys, instructions, etc. Rich was great communicator and flexible but it was 1st time having to meet owner somewhere. It was a pain that there was only 1 swipe card, 1 fob & 1 key to condo door! For a place that sleeps up to 9 there should be at least 2 keys! Also, only 2 parking spots was a pain. We only had 5 people staying there but had 3 cars. Had to get permission to park extra car across the street in a restaurant lot! Not convenient!

The property is very nice and roomy. Very clean and the kitchen was stocked very well. The grounds of the property and location were excellent as well.

Loved the easy access to the beach and pools. Located on the second floor by the staircase, was convenient for our many trips in and out of the facility. With two parking spots included, they were both located next to the staircase and led almost directly to the unit. We had the perfect amount of sleeping space for our group of five kids and two adults. The living room was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook all meals. Good size bathrooms with tub showers for the kids was great. The unit owner was very friendly and gave suggestions on things to do/places to go with having younger kids. He even checked on us during our stay to make sure things were going well. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

It was absolutely amazing. Better than being in a busy town. Quite quaint honestly.

Great location and nice condo. Comfy beds, nice amount of space, great ocean view from the deck and close to two restaurants which is quite a find on Sandbridge. Pickleball courts are also close by at the park. Definitely would stay again.

Had a nice weekend at this condo on Virginia Neach.

Overall, this was a great stay. The condo was clean and looked like it had new carpet. We enjoyed a side view of the ocean and were surprised to have one since the condo pics did not show it. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. The checkin was okay, but a little odd. The homeowner met us at a convenient store to get the keys and information, which did not take any more time than waiting in line at a realty office. The plus was we could use a restroom, get gas, and a snack while we were there. We would certainly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rick's place. Great view of ocean from the porch and access to beach. would be great in the summer when the pool/hot tub are open! Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Good restaurants nearby. We came for the Airbirds Over the Beach and the property was very convenient. Rick was very responsive. I think the only thing that would help would be a lockbox with the key.

The place was nice with ocean view and access to everything we needed.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sandbridge. The Sanctuary was wonderful and convenient right off the beach. The condo was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 5 teen/tweens. We will definitely look to go back!

The unit was just what we needed. Proximity to the beach was excellent and not crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked except for I didn't find any plastic wrap or aluminum foil to wrap up food. There were some pantry items, like sugar, some coffee, syrup and a few things that were helpful. Owner offered to let us in a little early, which was very nice. We were there for a wedding - we had thought we might have extended family come to us for breakfast the morning after, but we didn't know where they would be able to park, so we went elsewhere. We had 2 parking spaces in the garage with tags for 2 cars. It's a little far from a grocery store, so plan ahead for that.
