Ocean View Beach Condo-#103-Directly across Alii Dr to White Sands Beach!

Space was great, magic sands beach across the street is gorgeous but with BIG waves. Better to watch experienced boarders. This was a central great place. There was a full kitchen of pans, bowls knives etc so you don’t have to eat out every meal.

The beach access could not be better & the courtyard grounds & pool were beautiful. The outdoor kitchen/bbq grill area was nice too. The unit was very comfortable & had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like beach towels, chairs, etc. made it very easy to enjoy from the second we arrived. We would love to come back here & stay again. Highly recommend for a stay in Kona! It was only about a 10-15 min drive to downtown depending on day/time.

Kitchen was fully equipped, nice blender for smoothies, toaster, and lots of staples for cooking as well. The deck was nice, and had a side view of the beach as advertised. You are literally right across from Magic Sands beach. The pool was lovely and clean. The cooking area with multiple grills was user friendly and clean.

Very nice apartment, quality furnitures and abundant supplies. Very close to the beach front.

This place has it all!!! We loved walking right across the street to the beach. Our kids loved boogie boarding and the sunsets were phenomenal. It was so nice to have literally everything you need in the condo: washer dryer, full kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The pool was lovely also. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, very close to Magic Sands!

The property was fully furnished. It had one master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with a washer and dryer and a second room with 2 twin beds. I didn’t need to go buy anything because everything was provided. The condo is on the second floor. The condominium uses the first floor to park vehicles. The location was great for all the sites I was going to visit.

This VRBO was great. The location was ideal for all we wanted to do. The hosts were easy to work with.

Wonderful property in a fabulous location. Our family had a great time and the location allowed us quick access to all of the local shops, and the ability to hit the road and explore the big island. Well appointed unit great communicating stuff boat.

We stayed in this condo for a week and it was a great base for our first trip to the Big Island. I was impressed by how well stocked it was. Other than groceries, we didn't need anything extra. The location across from Magic Sands Beach was great. There were large winter swells during our stay so we didn't go in the water there much, but it was nice to watch the sunset from the beach most nights. We were also close to some of our main activities (snorkeling at Two Step and Captain Cook, manta ray night snorkel) plus lots of restaurants were just a few minutes by car. The condo had an affordable enough rate that we did a side trip with an overnight in Hilo/Volcano area to see the eruption. Coming back to the condo felt like coming home!The condo complex had lots of amenities and we enjoyed swimming and the hot tub most days. The grounds are quite pretty. There is also a pool table, BBQ grills, and tennis courts but we were so busy doing ocean activities we never used them.We had one small issue with the A/C being down our first night, but there were plenty of ceiling fans and ocean air to get by. The host was very communicative before we arrived about the issue and it was taken care of right away. The unit has things like boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. If you are snorkeling consider bringing your own or renting snorkeling equipment as there was only enough fins for two people. We easily rented some just down the road. We hope to stay here again!

Our family had a blast! The location is directly across from the Magic Sands beach. The grounds have a great pool, hot tub, grill, pool table. The owners were SUPER communicative and responsive. It was, in a word, fantastic. We would stay here again, no question.

Fully enjoyed our stay at Magic Sands Village. This condo was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for two adults and two children. Really enjoyed the boogie boards( even bought a few and left them behind for the next renters) and the snorkel gear. Will definitely book again!

This property is beautiful. The beach is really just across the street. The lanai has a beautiful view and is nice and spacious. Pretty much everthing we needed was at this property. My son said this was the best lodging i have ever chosen.Gorgeous sunsets at Whire sands beach every night

My kids absolutely loved Magic beach park, which is located directly across the street. The beach does have some big shorebreak waves at times, but our kids never wanted to go anywhere else. The room is great and very spacious and had everything we needed for beach days. Location was great for us. It was quiet and never to crazy (even during the week of the Ironman World Championships). Parking spot is tight if you have a big suv, but we still were able to fit in the slip no problem with a full size suv. Pool is awesome, with a big outdoor kitchen and multiple bbq grills. THE BEACH!!! you wont find a better swimming beach in the area and its literally 100ft across the street. Water was calm enough for snorkling and seeing turtles, but by afternoon its all boggie boards and body surfing. We had zero cpmplaints.
