Ocean-View Balcony: Carolina Beach Condo!

Beautiful property!

I would give this 4.5 stars. My husband and I had a really nice time during our December visit despite the rain and cool whether. This unit is ideally located at the upper end of the North End of the island. Views from the front balcony to the beach are awesome. The beach, pier (which currently needs to be rebuilt), and Freeman Park are literally steps away from this unit. Being there in December, we did not deal with the usual tourist chaos so cannot address that impact. Lots of space for the two of us. Bedroom is spacious with a small balcony overlooking the pool. There are a couple USB multiport chargers which is nice but they charge devices very slowly. Living area has a futon and couch plus an armchair so even with four people there is plenty of seating. We did not really use the kitchen at all so cannot provide an evaluation of amenities. What we did see appeared adequate for 2-4 people. We would definitely consider another stay at this unit! Really the location sells it! Owner/manager was very responsive to issues/questions by phone and text. A few things to consider, there is no hair dryer, no ice trays (fridge ice maker is turned off on purpose) and the deadbolt on the exterior door is really tricky to open and close. I recommend this for small parties as it was perfect for my husband and me. Book it while you have the chance!

Update your new internet password, not the same as the one on back of t.v.Floors could of been cleaner. Other than that condo was great !!!! Location is awesome. New buliding across the street blocks the ocean view a little but still beautiful view

The customer service on this condo was absolutely phenomenal! The condo has 2 balconies and tons of natural light to flow through! It had everything we needed and was so comfortable and cozy during our rainy stay. We loved every second in our condo!

This is our 3rd year to Carolina Beach but our first time staying in this condo! Beautiful kitchen, spacious! The most perfect view too! 10/10 recommend

First stay at Carolina Beach was a success...well minus the weather. So we ended up spending a lot of time in our room. The view was great and was really close with easy access to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great location, close walk to the beach, wonderful overall stay

This location is absolutely perfect. It’s so convenient to everything. I loved walking to the beach. Plenty of places to walk and sightsee. The front deck has the ocean view, the back deck has the marsh view. It looked different every day. The condo is very comfortable. Well equipped. And modernized. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this condo. Perfect location. I could sit on the balcony and take in the beach air and watch the waves crash against the shore. I was able to bring my dog too. Decorated so cute. very clean, and roomy. Close to everything. It was just the peaceful break I needed.

We had the best time. It is a quiet neighborhood nice views of the ocean. Would go again.

Ocean view and perfect spot for two.

My wife and I recently stayed here and we were very happy. You can still get a view of the ocean from the front porch. The place was very clean and well maintained. We will consider going back next year

Other than the lock giving us a fit until we got a key, everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, right by the beach which was also perfect. We will be staying again.

We liked the unit a lot. There was a nice view from every window. The place is cheerful and well stocked (except there was no body soap or shampoo). I would stay here again. We highly recommend “Soul Flavor” for dinner. Great food. Great vibe.

It was awesome the place had everything you need. Love the access to the beach and pool. The only thing storage in bedroom for clothes. I will definately will stay therd again

We were overall pleased with our stay. We are a family of four and had enough room. The decor was very beachy and up to date. I would suggest the owner replace the coffee pot with a full size one.
