I loved that it was steps to the beach even though no ocean view. I didn't like that the place was not as clean as it could have been and the water was turned off the morning we were checking out, so no one could shower.

What did I like about the property? Nothing, I loved the property and everything that went with it. The condo is in an excellent location, was very clean and furnished with everything that is needed for a stay on the beach. Communication was a breeze and I highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach. Great location. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean which is always important to us.

Husband and I stayed 4 nights. Great vacation. The location was great. Easy access to the beach, a few steps away. Great restaurants nearby, lots to do. Downtown St. Augustine not far. David and Patti were great, made you feel welcomed. We are looking forward to booking another stay.

The owners seem like lovely people and communicated promptly when I had some water problems. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the outdated and poor condition of the furnishings. The couch is a dorm sized couch and sunken in. The condo is dark and a bit depressing. The location is convenient.

Overall, acceptable, but not Excellent. Refurbished older unit. Rather small unit. In fact, be careful to not hit your elbows on counter while on the commode. We had to sweep the kitchen upon arrival due to sand being all over the floor. The tile grout throughout the unit is nasty dirty, black. The best aspect of this unit is its closeness to beach access, like steps away.

Everything was wonderful! Condo and beach were great. Loved going downtown to see all there is to see in St. Augustine. Communication with property owners was very easy. A great get away for my husband and I!

Great stay! We just left after 8 nights and are already looking to see if we can swing another trip before the end of summer. Location of condo is great, perfect for beach access with a 1 and 2 year old. The first night we had an issue with the mattress and the property manager showed up within 2 hrs on a holiday weekend with a replacement.Great restaurants nearby are A1A burrito works and Salt Life- ate at both twice! You can also rent beach chairs from drifters and they set them up on the beach right outside the unit.

Will definitely return to this very comfortable & clean condo.Best of all access to the beach is right out the patio door. The deck down to the beach is a very nice ramp with no steps. The convenience of this condo to the parking lot makes loading/unloading easy.There is no ocean view from the patio but bring your binoculars to watch the birds and turtles around the dunes from the patio. Loved it !!!

This was a lovely, quiet place to stay. It felt very secure with the attended security gate. It was very clean.

Ground level just a few steps from beach. It had everything we needed!

Surprising use of square footage updates were done beautifully and made our stay very enjoyable. Bathrooms are a little tight but beautifully done would highly recommend a stay. Kitchen could not have been better equipped Jacuzzis and heated pool or a big plus we look forward to staying again

Mostly ok

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was steps to the most amazing beach. You could walk, bike on hard sand and drive 4 x 4 vehicles on the beach. The condo had everything you need to cook meals, grocery stores nearby.The beds were comfortable. Great restaurants and attractions are close by. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was so clean as well as awesome location!!! We LOVED being able to take walks on the beach without having to fight for public parking just to get access! We also enjoyed being not far from downtown St. Augustine. If we needed anything, the owners, David and Patti, were so quick to respond. We hope to return soon and look to book them again!

We enjoyed our stay, great beach spot. We were able to get great walks in every day, played tennis, great restaurants and lots to do.

Being right beside the beach access was heaven!! Having the grass area for the kids to play was fantastic!!! We will be back!

We had a great time in St. Augustine, so much to do there. This St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Club condo we rented was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and walk out your door and right to the beach, which was very nice! Loved it! Can't wait to go back again.

You really couldn't ask for much more! Great location, airy and light decor, everything you need is furnished and just steps away from the ocean. Our host checked in on us and was readily available when we had questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return for another beach weekend. Thank you!
