Ocean Isle Condo with Community Pool & Hot Tub!

Great location. Would rent again

Problems with tv.

Great property, great location. Everything was easy!! One thing to note is that the outlet in the front bedroom by the nightstand, bottom receptacle did not work.

We had a wonderful time. We were there for a family wedding & I had my adult children & baby grandchildren with me. The condo was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed & great space & great location. It is beautiful & peaceful & spacious & very close to the beach. The host was easy to connect with & prompt with responses. I would love to go back!

The host was terrific to communicate with and overall great. The location was a short walk to a beautiful beach.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. It started out a little bumpy when we could not get in when we arrived due to a door malfunction, but the Evolve team and Condo owner were quick to respond and get us into the condo. The bedrooms were great and each one has its own bathroom which gave everyone their privacy and ability to get ready without having to wait for anyone. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need. The living room is comfortable and fits plenty of people and the deck off the back is fantastic for outdoor dining or just having a cup of coffee and reading a book. Having an elevator was fantastic as well. Getting things into the condo was very easy and this is ideal for seniors or anyone who struggles with stairs.

Host was great. I always have several questions when I stay. Host was very patient and quick in answering all throughout our stay. Sipping coffee with a canal view was nice but seeing the beach from the balcony was exceptional! House was exactly as shown in the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. She had a great starter kit and we only had to buy a few more items towards the end of our stay. Definitely 5 Stars for the communication, honesty in presentation/pics, and great location!Only reason there weren’t 5 stars given on the review was because of a minor bug issue (which host addressed) and dated baths. All baths were functional but didn’t feel right giving the same number of stars as another listing that has updated baths and kitchen. In the end, I would stay again for all the positives aforementioned. Also, having access to the club pool on the beach was very cool. Tennis, basketball, and pickle ball courts within a 2-3 minute walk.

Beautiful, lovely and clean condo, super location and a great host! We loved every minute of it. Thanks so much! We had three families, and the layout was perfect for accommodating all of us comfortably, giving us all enough privacy and shared space. The hot tub in the club house was not hot, but other than that, everything was just awesome and to our satisfaction!

Perfect distance to the beach! Clean, and pretty views from the balcony!

We had 11 people in this condo and never felt cramped. The place was spacious and well laid out! The beach is just a quick walk away or you can access from the community pool, which was wonderful! We would definitely rent again!

The house was filthy! The oven was filthy, inside the drawers were filthy, the ceiling fans had 1/2 in of dust on them. The floors were filthy and every surface still had sand on it from the previous tenants. The bathrooms were filthy, especially the bathtubs. Do not stay here! The liaison didn’t do her job. She said they turn the properties around so quickly they don’t have time to do anything but a wipe down. Unbelievable!

Clean, cute and nice neighborhood. However, there were small flying bugs in the kitchen so we had to cover all food immediately. Unfortunately, the owner was slow to respond to maintenance requests which never got resolved during out quick visit. Most of the TVs we couldn't use. The back porch light was out so we couldn't sit outside at night easily. It was a quick visit so we just dealt with it. Bring beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. None provided.

Our check in was delayed by almost 1 hr. due to the cleaning crew was still at the property. Our checked in was at 3 pm and when we approached the entrance the cleaning lady responded with an attitude the check is not u til 4pm. We immediately reached out to the number listed on the instructions but nobody responded after a vm and a text message someone named Marggie answered and stated that the cleaning crew should be leaving shortly. Of course now because the cleaning crew had to rush out they didn’t do a good job cleaning. They left a few things dirty such as the kitchen oven and they dirty trays inside. The floor was so dirty I would recommend walking bearfoot. When we walked in one of the toilet seats was broken. When I reached out to Margie her immediate response was is the toilet still functioning? As if me bringing this to her attention was an inconvenience to her. After a few hrs she did send someone to replace it. The white towels were so worn out they had black stains. There were broken knives amount other worn out utensils and pots that needs to be desperately replaced and the beds had pee stains in them. Inside the cabinets was so dirty you can see it as soon as you open them. My family and I will definitely will not be booking here again.
