Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place is just like the pictures. Everything was great! Cliff is accommodating and communicates in a very timely manner. Only complaint is that on arrival, we went into the condo to assess what we needed at the grocery store, and while there, one of us had to use the bathroom, and there was not one roll (not even a partial roll) of toilet paper in any of the four bathrooms. Overall, we had an awesome stay. Loved the huge (very comfortable) sectional couch that fit our entire family. Would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023We took my 85 year old parents down to OIB for a quick weekend getaway. The building elevator was fantastic for them to come and go easily. The condo is spacious and the location on the island is quiet and peaceful this time of year. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. One thing that would have been better is that if the primary bathroom would have had a walk-in shower for my parents to use. They are both very mobile but stepping into a tub can be a little risky. They did use the adjoining room's bathroom for showers ( which wasn't occupied) and it had a walk-in shower. The property manager Cliff was amazing and communicated throughout the booking until check out. It was a great weekend getaway.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Had a great time at the beach with family. We rented side by side condos. 4B is comfortably furnished and the kitchen well equipped. A few areas need a little more attention from the cleaners - the oven, some carpets, the shower enclosure in one bathroom.

Stayed May 21, 2023Have been visiting OIB for the past 10+ years and love these condos for their close proximity to the beach. This one was very nice, recently repainted with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Great communication too.
