It had allThe amenities needed. Very close to the beach. This end of the boardwalk/shops is very quiet. Close playground for kids and fishing for all. I would definitely stay here again! Also Margie is very responsive and helpful!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This was our second time in this unit; third in this building. We love the location (very short walk to the beach) and the unit. Plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked kitchen enables a few home cooked meals. Property manager Margie is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to questions or concerns. Will definitely be back.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Virginia Beach. The location was excellent with beach access within a short walk across the street. Everything was there as listed and the place was clean and organized. Access to the property was convenient and everything we needed was within a short walk or drive. Our Property manager, Margie was very responsive to our needs and checked in to see if everything was working or if we needed anything. She replaced a grill that was not in good repair with a new one in time for our Fourth of July meal. It was our first trip to Virginia Beach and probably not our last. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023We had a nice stay at 217 on 4th street. Main part of condo is spacious and clean. Separate downstair room is small, but our guest only used the room for sleeping and shower. Margie was very accessible to our outreach.
