The hostess was very nice and cleaned the place well. The place overall was just alright.

Great location . Place was clean Wish I had known that you had to bring your own sheets and towels prior to booking rather than after . No simple courteous such as a few coffee pods - small creamers for coffee. For the money the guest pays - that definitely should be a consideration , no other issues

I like that fact that everything was neat and clean. It was extremely affordable! You could tell that the property is taken care of and not neglected. It was very convenient to stores, restaurants, the beach. I would stay here again and would recommend for anyone else.

I really wish there was an elevator. Climbing two flights of stairs can be a lot when coming and going from the room. Location is perfect. About a 3 mins walk to the beach. (Which is 2 1/2 blocks) Mattress on the pull out needs to be replaced. My daughter back hurt after 3 days. Room is good size, but more like 2 adults and 2 kids. I wouldn’t say 4 adults. Over all room was clean. 2 ceiling fans were nice to have.

My major concern was that I was given instructions to call a local number for the door code however noone answered nor called back to respond to the message I left. Secondly, the two mail boxes in front of the building have numbers not matching the street number I on the website. Thirdly, the unit is overpriced for a place providing no sheets nor towels and expecting you to wash, dry and put up any dishes you used and to carry the trash out. There is no closet in the unit and the bathroom light did not work. The main thing is not answering the calls....you are on your own there and if something is needed it is your problem.

Very cute, simple, beachy apartment! Basically just across the street from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants and shops and the pier.

The location of the property was good as far as walking access to stores, restaurants, and the beach! The room was a bit humid the entire stay, I had both ceiling fans on and the bathroom fan on, and our towels and swimsuits did not dry after hanging on the line over the shower for 2 days..

This place is just as described in the listing. The kitchen area was nice, but a few more items such as a toaster and blender would be nice. Perfect location for walking to the beach, the pier, mini golf, ice cream, the park, etc. The small pool was an added bonus. The owner was great to communicate with and very accommodating for my son’s birthday. I gave it two stars for cleanliness because there were a few spots on the floor, one of them sticky with hair stuck to it, and there was also lots of hair stuck to the sides and edge of the bathtub. The bed had two mattress covers on it. The blue mattress cover was dirty with some spots and debris (maybe crumbs?). We removed it and there was a second (and clean) mattress pad underneath.

It was all I could have hoped for and right by the creamery, too!

Came down for a wedding so wasn’t looking for a fancy/expensive place. This place for our needs perfectly. Would be great if towels and sheets were provided but other than that, enjoyed our stay!

The property was just as described and pictured. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was quick to respond and gave all needed information. Would definitely stay here again!

For my purpose of a writing retreat the location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and to Sheffield’s for supplies. Space was good for one person. Bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is that table lamps by bed and or floor lamp would improve lighting. And since there is only a microwave, microwave safe dishware would be a nice addition. Overall a nice little place!

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. it was nicely furnished and up-to-date. With a quick night weekend stay, the refrigerator microwave, and close proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The owner Paige was detailed and her communications prior to the stay and Checked into ensure all was well. I highly recommend this for one to two persons, was a great weekend on Ocean Isle Beach.
