This unit was equipped with everything and had the space for our family to spread out. Great location. We just wish the resort had a hot tub

Overall we enjoyed out stay. We did run into issues with the internet and TVs, but Steve was very communicative in getting the issues resolved. We had a great time with the games provided and all the amenities of the manor.

Great views with a perfect beachfront location. Lots to walk to right out the front door. Steve was quick to respond when we needed to reach out. This unit has all the essentials we needed for a stay away from home. Plenty of beach and bath towels and beach chairs were a bonus.

The pool tiki bar/restaurant and ocean were perfect for fun sun days .

We were very happy with our stay in Fort Lauderdale this past week. From the beginning, the communication from the host was excellent. Our room was very clean with a stunning view. Having the tiki hut on the property was the best. We swam all day in the beautiful pool and had food and frozen drinks at the tiki hut. We would recommend this rental to everyone.

Steve was very efficient in the getting back to me with details before during and after our trip. Enjoyed the location and will def stay here again

This is not the Ritz so don’t come in expecting mints on the pillow. However, if you want a great place, with access to a good pool, great tiki bar that serves great food and is right on the beach for a great price - then this is your place. Loved the condo set-up. Everything you need for the pool or beach. Walking distance to the water taxi (stay on for the whole route - it’s awesome). Communication was phenomenal. We stayed with another couple, but a family would do great here as well. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this condo. The beach views were amazing. The condo was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy the beach including beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Floats and water toys for kids. The kitchen was fully equipped. I was able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The host was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. We were able to walk to restaurants and other places nearby. The beach is just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay. The property was extremely clean and had more than enough space for the 5 of us. The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to everything you could possibly want. (Restaurants, shops,live music etc) the pool was super clean and the beach was steps away. One of my favorite things was having coffee out on the balcony over looking the ocean every morning. would highly recommend this properly And definitely will be returning. The host was extremely professional and didnt miss anything on this beautiful property.

Charming. Old World Florida Shabby Chic. Our host is very communicative and has thought of everything one might need. It’s truly turn key. Chairs / Towels / Noodles / Umbrellas / Games. Bed’s are comfy. There are pillows, comforters, sheets galore. Suggestions would be maybe a binder with information on local fare and sites. though a QR is offered some may prefer hardcopy. Parking is 18/day. Spa and Fitness center have a daily fee. The Beach is so lovely. Tiki bar is convenient though there’s lots more options within a mile. And lots and lots to do even in full rain which was our week. Kids abound during spring break. All quite polite though the air was very fragrant throughout the week as the vents are shared within the building. An air purifier may help.Yes, it was that strong. Come see the turtles during season. Don’t forget the theatre, the Everglades, lion safari. It was nice to come back to a cozy comfortable ample apartment after a day out. Having the coffee concession downstairs is a god send!!! Oh, those DVD’s need a player…and some power strips for the bedrooms would be great. glad I travel with one. All in all would recommend!!

Steve is an excellent host. Our family had a wonderful stay and his place is perfect for a fun filled family vacation. The beach and tiki bar is relaxing. I will be back and will rent Steve’s place again it has everything a family needs.

Host was welcoming and very helpful! Unit was set up to be utilized as 2 separate units if necessary, but thankful we needed both bedrooms! One unit would have been more like an efficiency. Amenities were great as well as location. Loved the tiki bar. Food, drinks and service awesome! Walking distance to several stores including Wynn Dixie.

Place was well furnished; clean; on the beach; excellent host; pool was nice; the building had two restaurants onsite-a tiki bar grill and a superb Italian restaurant. Overall it was a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. Making plans to come here again!

The location was perfect for my friend and I. Very clean condo and furnished with everything we needed. Steve was easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. Plenty of beach accessories to use. So relaxing sitting on the beach listening to the waves.

Steve was extremely communicative and accommodating. I had asked about a week in advance of our stay if we could check in prior to 4. Steve arranged to have the condo cleaned and ready by 2. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again!

Our stay exceeded expectations. The unit’s living room and deck views were wonderful, with spacious, comfortable living space. The Tiki Hut had amazing food and drinks, on the beach, and the best authentic Italian restaurant in the city on the first floor. The pool is large, heated and just steps from the tiki hut and the ocean. Totally perfect trip, start to finish!!! We’ll never chose anyplace else!! Host was also so helpful when our flights were canceled. Overall, our trip was perfect!!!

Stephen was a great host. We loved the location of the condo and easy beach access. We also got spoiled having the tiki bar and restaurant right by the beach/pool. We rented chairs and an umbrella most of the days because it was so convenient and thought the price was reasonable.

We absolutely loved Steve’s place! Great location. Our stay was during the 4th of July and they had Fireworks right outside the condo on the beach! We watched pool side and had an amazing view! Look forward to returning!

Loved it. The property was very clean. Everything we needed was there. The manager even has some drinks in the fridge. The decor was beautiful and the condo was very spacious. We will stay there again. I give this condo Five Stars.

This was a great place for me and my family, I travel for work and occasionally am able to bring my family along. They had plenty of fun activities and places nearby to go enjoy while I was away during the day and being right on the beach was definitely a major plus, I would recommend this to any one

Surprising gem! Excellent location. Happy to have a beach front property. Unit was clean, A/C was cold. The tiki hut on property has the best drinks and excellent food. Grilled grouper bites were the best. Chairs and umbrella for rent beachside were a bonus as you could rent by the day. Will definitely be back.

Steve's place was perfect for us. We were in the area to meet up with 15 other people who went to our school 1972-1982 in São Paulo, Brazil. There were 4 of us staying at Ocean Manor. Four others joined us Saturday evening to visit for a few hours, and there was enough room in the living room for 8 of us to sit comfortably.

We just had the best Mother’s Day weekend here! The condo is very spacious and accommodated all of our needs. We loved that they had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, towels, toys, etc)! The condo was also very clean & comfortable. The best part was the location. It has ocean views & it’s right on the beach. We never even left the resort. The Tiki Bar food & drinks were great! And the Italian restaurant on site was amazing! We will definitely be back! Thank you Steve!

We had a great time. The condo had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a bonus, and the beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated. A grocery store is a very short walk away. The on site tiki bar for food or drink comes in very handy and the downstairs restaurant is nice too. This is my second time staying here and I hope to return.

Can't beat the location - plenty of beach gear provided. Walkable to restaurants and Lauderdale by the Sea as well as a grocery store. Owner very thorough and communicates well.

The property was so spacious and convenient to everything that Fort Lauderdale has to offer we loved having the amenities of a resort, but not being confined to a small hotel style room. Also really appreciated the sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrella available for our use because otherwise, those daily rentals add up quickly!

Pros: -On the beach…easy access -5 min walk to grocery store -Lauderdale By The Sea 15-20 min walk…such a fun little town with amazing restaurant choices -Great Tiki Bar downstairs -4 beach chairs & a couple of other folding chairs provided in the unit. Nice to not buy/rent -beach umbrella provided -liked the patio room so that all sandy items could be stored there…reduced the amount of sand in the rest of the place -lots of towels (even though some need replacing) -washer/dryer was so nice to have at the beach -kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils…we didn’t prepare a meal but would have had what we needed to do so. -teen and young adult children said the guest beds were comfy (nice to have two in that room) -plenty of living room seating…3 couches -spacious unit overall I’ve been in contact with the owner about some possible upgrades to make the space feel more updated and renter-friendly. He agreed and has plans to do some good things for the unit. The things I suggested did not prevent us from having a good time.

The place was perfect in a great area. Quick and easy to get to Miami to see Taylor Swift. Host Steve was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Steve was more than accommodating! We were only in for one night and we wish we could’ve done more! We asked to get in a couple hours early, so we could nap our youngest, and he made it to where we could get in at any time. There was enough beach towels, toys and chairs for days! My kids loved it the most and kept saying this is the best place ever! We highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

My girls loves the decor of this property. It was so great to be right on the beach. We came and went several times a day. This condo had everything we needed for the beach too, which was helpful since we flew in and couldn't bring those things. We enjoyed our time here very much. We'd definitely stay again.
