OCEAN FRONT! SUPER CLEAN - see reviews!!! w/PRIVATE boardwalk beach access!

My wife and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the fast efficient check in, the availability of contact with owners upstairs, the kitchen was easy to use and the other rooms offered space for us to move around and enjoy tv and games of dominoes.

Perfect place to watch the sunrise! Beach wasn’t crowded and host provided everything you could need for enjoying it! I would definitely recommend!

Our host was extremely nice! The property and beach were also clean and beautiful! Sat out on the steps at night and watched the waves crash under a full moon. Also, gorgeous sunrise with coffee out there. Cant wait to get back. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I can’t say enough about this place. We chose the Carolina Beach House for our anniversary trip. Awesome little super clean beach apartment with its own parking and beach access. If you opt for the linens package and bring what they tell you on the list, all you need to do is stock the fridge. All you need for the beach is provided. It’s convenient to just about everything in Carolina Beach. It is a nice little get away from everything. The owners greeted us when we arrived and are very responsive to any issues that may arrive. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Super clean.

We stayed in the 1 bed 1 bath, it was so adorable! The owners are so sweet. Loved the full kitchen. The bathroom was so cute! Right on the beach. Just right for a quick trip. Only suggestion, update to streaming for us young people! At least offer Netflix or an option to connect with personal devices. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved having a quiet beachfront away from the hotels. The hosts were fabulous and very responsive.

Very rarely do you get to stay somewhere that completely exceeds your expectations. From the minute we arrived we were blown away. The owners met us and gave us a quick tour. They really thought of everything. Anything we could need for a comfortable, fun stay at the beach was ready for us. We were 100% pleased and that was before we even got to the beach. The house was lovely and clean. The owners, Genevieve and Duane, were so friendly. We would absolutely book this place again and again.

The accommodations were great, this house had everything we needed to make a great stay happen. The boardwalk area was close enough to walk to. We were able to grill out. Stores were close enough to get anything we needed

Cute rental right in the beach. We end up having to leave early due to an upcoming ice storm at home and needed to make sure we could get home.

The host was very welcoming. My parents stayed here for the week and it was just right for them. They were invited to stay again, and I'm sure they will. The location was great, but the weather was not, so they didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities at this rental. Next time!

Awesome place to stay, has everything you need. About as close to water as you can be. Also really appreciated how clean it was. Genevieve was really accommodating and quick response time. Nothing to critique, will be staying again.

This was a cute, quite little spot right on the ocean. We went for a girls weekend. Perfect for that. The owners were great to work with. It also has nice places to sit, grill, play cornhole. Great experience.

This was my second time staying here. The first time was a daddy and daughter trip. This time was a dad and son trip. It was a blast. Host is super nice and very informative about the area. The beach is right out back. My boy and I had lightsaber fights at night. It was awesome. I’m already planning my next trip here with my daughter again.

This property and property manager were perfect! The location has private access to the beach (top priority for me!) and is walkable to many restaurants and small shops. Genevieve was always accessible and ready to answer any questions. Great host! I will definitely be booking here again!

We came in late but we were greeted by the hostess. The property was great. Everything was clean and well done. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there however because we we went to Bald Head Island for the day. I would have loved to hung out. Maybe next time!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Although our trip was short, we really enjoyed being right on the ocean and being able to just walk out of the back door and down to the beach. It was very convenient to everything, gas, stores, boardwalk, etc. We will definitely book again!!

Just what we needed.

My husband and teenage son came into town to visit my older son who goes to school in Wilmington. We decided we wanted to stay on the beach this time, even though it wasn't super close to my son's apartment. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations! The Beach house was clean and well stocked with supplies for our stay. All the little details were taken care of. Communication with Genevieve from start to finish was easy and quick. The beach was literally steps away from back porch! That was well worth the extra few minutes it took us to get to my son's apartment!! We saw dolphins daily and the sun rises were breath taking! We will for sure be back! Thank you, Duane and Genvieve for sharing your property!!

This place was great. Very clean and inviting. We loved the location. The beach was steps away yet still close to food. Loved the cornhole boards set up for the kids. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. We will be back!

My wife and I were looking for a few nights at the beach as part of our trip. Genevieve has the perfect place! She kindly met us at a late hour to give us a quick orientation of the suite. It had everything you could want! Very comfortable bed and furniture, fully equipped kitchen, books, puzzles and games. Most importantly, it is directly on the beach! We spent many hours sitting reading in the beach, only a few steps away from the house. We loved the place and the area! We will definitely return!

We only stayed one night.. but it was great! Very relaxing.. got photos of the beach at sunset and then again at sunrise.. We had everything we needed.. The renters were there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a short tour so we would know where everything was. Had a fantastic time.. better than any hotel.. a home away from home..

Carolina Beach in the winter is a hidden gem and so was this ocean front property! Perfect location right on the beach and close to the boardwalk. We will be back!

It’s always wonderful staying at the Carolina Beach House. We’ve stayed in all 3 units over the years and love them all. This time we stayed in the one bedroom. It’s quiet and cozy. I love the backyard and the back porches. Such a relaxing place to hang out

We loved the location and the unit! It was plenty roomy for 2 people and we were super close to the beach. Overall it felt private and the owner was very nice and helpful. The only small downside is that the unit is on the bottom floor and if someone is staying in the unit above, you can hear some footsteps and noise. It wasn’t terrible, but is something worth noting.

We stayed during Labor Day weekend and I am so glad we booked a location so convenient to the beach when we wouldn’t have been able to find parking otherwise. Location was great and the property was wonderful and homey. Would absolutely stay here again. Hosts were accommodating and very kind!

This was a short stay for us but Genevieve met us at the door, personally showed us the apartment and gave us lots of recommendations. There is a little book on the table with lots of information and letters to Duane and Genevieve that were great to read. We have nothing bad to say about this wonderful place. We would stay here again.
