Nice location, well kept property

Everything was perfect for a gathering with friends. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for and the property including furnishings was as pictured and super nice.

I was confused by daily rate. It seems it was much more than what I expected to pay, per day. Otherwise it was very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was in the perfect location to walk the Embarcadero, bike to Morro Rock, and spend our day at the beach. We loved picking up fresh fish at Giovanni’s fresh fish market and making it for dinner in the perfect kitchen while hanging out with family! The kitchen has everything needed for a family style dinner. My kids also loved the waffle maker and had a blast helping to make breakfast each morning. The thoughtfulness put into all of the accommodations was wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The downstairs unit was perfect for our kids and teens to hang out and we loved watching movies there as a family. Communication with the rental company was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Wow we walked into this condo and we were pleasantly surprised! It was so clean and huge! Let’s be honest, sometimes it can be pretty difficult to fully enjoy yourself with 3 small kids (under 1,2,&7). However, staying in this condo helped a lot with enjoyment! I was also surprised that they had a pack n play there waiting for us; next time I won’t pack my own! The designated parking was also a plus because depending on the day the parking can get full. The condo is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and small shops. lol I didn’t want to write this review selfishly because I want it to be available for us next time! The only thing I would say is please get the window shade fixed. The view is too incredible to go to waste. Thanks for the wonderful getaway.

My wife and I had some nice walks in the morning around the bay and the walk. The downtown area was very close. The house is beautiful and well outfitted. We would be happy to stay there again. The beds are quite comfortable and spotless.

The property is a gem, perfectly nestled right across the way from the bay with lots of convenient shopping and dinning in close walk distance.Each of the three villas is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with a charming coastal vibe. The interiors are absolutely charming, spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare and enjoy family style meals, although we also couldn't resist exploring the local dining options nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was the short picturesque walks to the beach and to the Rock. It felt like our own little paradise, where we could unwind, explore, and enjoy the beach without the usual crowds. The villas are impressive, well-maintained, and perfect for a large family gathering or just a couple wanting a nice spacious retreat.In summary, the 3 Villas (B side) exceeded all our expectations. It's the perfect getaway for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to experience a luxurious and relaxing beach vacation. We can't wait to return and make more memories at this wonderful retreat. Highly recommended!
