Ocean front, Golf Cart, Magic: Stay at Sea Island Magic

Overall, the condo isn't as presented in reservation, and I was shocked by the good reviews as I didn't find any of them to be accurate. While kitchen had updates, the overall condo is in need of many updates. First impression was of uncleanliness, which was verified by overall clutter, dust and odor of urine from both bathrooms. Master bathroom shower control was not working properly- either extremely hot temp or cold. Sofa appeared dirty and stained. Curtains for doors to deck are very dirty and dusty. Master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. Provided beach chairs were rusted and mildewed- unusable. Walls and baseboards were in need of cleaning, paint, and repair. Overall, will not return or recommend this condo. I've stayed on Harbor Island for over 10 years in a few of the K and D building condos, and this rates as one of the most dated and unclean of them all. A couple of positives: The golf cart was enjoyable and provided an additional escape to explore the island. Sunrises are beautiful in morning and short walk to beach provides good access.

Many years of visiting this beach and it never disappoints. The property was clean and had all necessities. There is a lot of mix match furniture that is dated and could be removed to allow guest to have more room and be clutter free. The porch had too many non relevant items to be able to enjoy space on the porch. The golf cart was a super big plus and a huge seller of this property. There are no ceiling fans in unit and rental company requested a/c not be turned down low so unit stays a little warm. I would rent this unit again.

Needs to be updated, decluttered, neater, cleaner. We loved the area and location of property. Already written more detailed response to property management so will not repeat here.

We came for a quick but relaxing couple of days. Accomplished! The rental was perfect for this. It is clean, updated and well-appointed. It is a short distance to the beach, pools and restaurants. Also not in a main-stream tourist area so very quiet!

This place was great! Great location, it was clean and had the necessities. If you plan to stay a bit and need to do laundry, bring dryer sheets. We had detergent there. The beach towels were not in the location stated on the paper. We found them in the bedroom dresser after having found a Walmart and bought some. The golf cart was definitely a bonus! Only problem we had was when we got there it was not charged from the previous user. Pool was nice as well! Beach was close by....a little walk down the boardwalk to get to it, but it was amazing. Note: the A/C may not run as much if the front door seal was replaced. You can stand outside and feel the cold air coming right out under the door. You can stand inside and see daylight around the opening. Bed was very hard, maybe a mattress topper would help? The weather was amazing as well! We will definitely book here again!

What a beautiful unit. Everything was just as the picture. I wish there would have been an ironing board and extra bed pillows. Other than that everything was wonderful. We will definitely be booking this one again.

It was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The use of a beach cart, beach chairs, and beach umbrella made our trips to the beach easy and convenient. And the golf cart was a fun way to explore the area and all the amenities available. The location was quiet and peaceful, which is just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. I wanted to leave a more to let someone know the coffee pot does not fit the maker. We made it work by lifting it up to hit the button.
