OCEAN FRONT! Beautiful views Ground Floor End Unit! Private Dock & boat ramp.

The place is very quiet and calm and the kitchen is prepared for any needs.

Overall the condo was clean and the view was great. The kitchen was loaded with all the cooking needs you could want. The swimming pool was just outside the door and they had added a ramp that goes to beach so a cart could be rolled to the beach easily. We enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was perfect. Just as described in the post. A great family vacation. Will definitely be back there next year.

Perfect. To verify what I would want to know: This is a first floor unit. You can sit on the little patio and see the ocean. You can roll a beach wagon all the way to the beach on the boardwalk with a ramp. The grills and pool are both nearby. Great location. It was peaceful and quiet. Walmart delivers here. I found everything I needed to be able to cook or serve food in this kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic two months at Ricky and Suzy’s place. The hosts were easy to work with, punctual in answering questions and obviously, very committed to making sure their guests have a great time. Besides enjoying the condo and the hosts, the absolute best part of our stay was the proximity to the beach! You can get a glimpse of the water constantly in this ground floor unit. We have been staying at another site for years now, but due to aging and having some health problems, our prior place was becoming a challenge we weren’t up for in a vacation ; i.e. the unit was on the 3rd floor (no elevator ), the walk to the beach was a half a mile hike, and there were always projects like construction or tarring of the parking lot to contend with. Our stay at Cresent Beach was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for us two beach lovers. We highly recommend this spot and hope to rent again next year!

This was, I think, our 5th stay at Tradewinds in the same condo. We love our visits there. We did notice low water pressure in the showers and the television didn’t seem to have as many channel options. One of the people in our party is a heavy television fan and he had difficulty navigating through the channels. Other than that we feel like Crescent Beach is the best beach we have ever been to…and we have visited many beaches. We also love watching the sunset on the intercoastal waterway. We hope to return again next summer.

I have been visiting Tradewinds since I was a child and now every year I bring my own family. The beach and pool access is fantastic. The views are beautiful. The condo was great. We didn't have any issues. We will definitely be back again next year.

This was our second stay, and we again had a great time! This trip, we brought our adult sons with us. Everyone loved the property, the stocked beach closet, and the nearness to the ocean. The property had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

Very easy access to the beach. Very nice property clean well furnished.

The condo was perfect for our small family. Very easy access to the beach and to the dock. The place was clean. In unit washer and dryer was a nice perk as well. Nobody wants to bring home sandy clothes from the beach.

Owner was very responsive. Can’t beat how close it is to the beautiful beach and the pool.

This roomy and comfortable condo was perfect for my family. We loved the patio/condo beach views and easy beach and pool access! The condo was well equipped for all our needs. Would definitely book again!
