Pros: nice location, great owner communication, cleanliness, quiet, comfortable bed, well equipped, on the beach Cons: worn saggy living room furnishings, stained carpet, surprisingly dark inside even with east facing windows, excellent pool but unheated so too cold to swim at this time

This condo was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Garrett was an Amazing host! He went above and beyond! Looking forward to another stay here!!

Beautiful view

The view was incredible as was access to the beach and pool. The available beach umbrellas, chairs and kids games were a hit with our family. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Parking was super easy with a dedicated parking spot and guest passes if needed. We didn't want to leave.

Beautiful sunrises and we had a bonus of watching the rocket launch.

The views were directly on the ocean, so you can hear the ocean roar. All the beds were super comfy. The island is more neighborhood than tourist attraction. Walk to the ocean is about five minutes. Commutation was direct and quick. We will be back!

Wen truly enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly clean, well stocked, grateful for the laundry. It was so nice to be in a building that was friendly, clean and with a pool on the property. Sunrises were beautiful. We will be back.

Host contacted us and told us we could check in early. Also left snacks and a bottle of wine for us.

Great location, comfortable accommodations and communicative host.

Garrett was a great host! The bathrooms were a little small but clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the appliances all worked fine. The table and chairs on the balcony were comfy and we used them a lot. Parking was good and carts were available. Didn't use the pool cuz it was not heated!

1The condo was super clean, and very well equipped. In fact I couldn't think of one thing we needed that wasn't there. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The host, Garrett, was very helpful and congenial with my husband when we had a question about the tv. All in all, it was a great trip.

Beautiful condo with extraordinary views!

Great pool. Condo was comfortable and as advertised. Communication was excellent.

We loved sitting on the porch watching surfers, listening to music, and watching a lightening storm at sea. Views were amazing and surf sounds were perfect. I have issues walking, but was able to go to the pool. Will rent umbrella and do beach next time.

Overall a great stay. We had some minor issues but nothing major and Garrett and his dad were very responsive in getting us situated with those. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

We had the best time with our grandchildren’s first trip to the beach! The view from the balcony was awesome and we didn’t have to go out to get anything, they were already provided. We would love to come back again sometime!

The condo itself was great and Garrett was very responsive! The building was a bit old, but the pool was kept clean and updated. We really appreciated the strong water pressure in the showers and the quiet fans throughout the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony for lunch and happy hour to watch the waves.

The condo was very easy to find, the location was perfect. The pool was wonderful and just a short walk to the beach. Garrett was very responsive and the condo was super clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Mr. Garrett’s property is beautiful and perfect for a small size family vacation. We were greeted with a small gift basket and a nice bottle of wine in the refrigerator. This was my family’s second time staying at the location and it was as good as the first stay. We were able to bring the grandparents with us this time and they enjoyed every day. There is no better way to wake up every morning than the sun coming up over the ocean. We had coffee every morning on the balcony with the sunrise, while watching dolphins fishing along the surf. 100/10 stars!!!

It was lovely. The weather held up at the right times. The TV fire stick was full and I texted my contact about that. Also, my Aunt was in the condo alone at one point and a person saying maintenance was trying to come in but she was not dressed appropriately. I didn’t have a heads up so what ever maintenance needing doing was done. Suggestion in the future to give the guest a heads up for those kinds of things because that wasn’t a good time.

Loved Amelia Island & this condo so much !!! Steps to the beach (literally) and amazing views! Went with my family and really appreciated the communication from the owner & the 2 full bathrooms with washer/dryer. Great amenities too! (Pool). Highly recommend!

Thank you Garrett for being such a wonderful host! My husband and I absolutely love the unit. It’s beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. We’ve never stayed in a place that is so well stocked with everything from shampoo to beach chairs (and all the stuff in between). It was our first visit, but it will definitely not be our last.

I have stayed at this property several times and have always had an enjoyable experience. The property is always clean and well maintained. The ocean view and short walk to the beach keeps me coming back.

Easy check in and quick response from host in all communications that were required. Comfy sleeping accommodations. Getting from the condo unit to the beach is a breeze! What we wanted most was wide open views to ocean and this unit delivered!

Clean beautiful views great location.

The condo was situated on the 5th floor with an elevator located nearby. The building was well maintained and the property clean without debris. This is a very quiet area with mostly condos or homes. Our condo was exceptionally clean with everything in good working order. The furniture and bed were comfortable with plenty of towels/linen available. From our patio, we had breathtaking views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean, especially at sunrise. Easy to get down to the beach via the condo association walkway. I would highly recommend this condo and location, you won’t be disappointed!

Our host was very responsive when we had trouble with the smoke detectors going off. The location is wonderful as we could just sit and enjoy the beautiful view!

Nice quiet beachfront vacation stay.

Pictures and words don't do justice to the phenomenal ocean views and sounds. We slept hearing the gentle sounds of the ocean, and the main living area has a straight view of the ocean. The place was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for comfort in a home away from home. The home and furniture are updated. We may never rent anywhere else in Amelia again, as long as this listing stays active!

Easy drive from Jacksonville Airport, all restaurants and grocery were no more than 15 minutes away. Beach and pool were very nice, not crowded, and the condo was perfect! Only issue was the code to the door - especially locking it on the way out - it worked 1 out of every 3 attempts, could have been user error. Would definitely go back though!!!

The absolute BEST stay!! My mom and I enjoyed a great getaway. Rooms were very clean, and easy access to the pool and beach!

We traveled about 4 hours from Georgia for a quick girls trip. We loved the condo. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and a good supply of toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning supplies and even laundry detergent. It was so nice to not have to purchase any extra items to take up more space traveling home. The walk to the pool And beach is very easy. We enjoyed the restaurants and walking through Centre street. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for those who just love to listen and watch the ocean!

Excellent space - we had everything we needed and found the space to be extremely comfortable! The balcony and view is perfect, the location is amazing and the unit is well supplied! (Wifi worked great for the teenagers!) We were there during hurricane Debbie - and while it wasn't a direct hit - there was a lot of wind - and we did not experience a power loss (while friends in other places did).

This is a great condo, with awesome views of the beach. The pool and beach are convenient. There is a wonderful grocery store 2 miles away; there is easy parking. This is a turnkey great beach experience. The host was very accommodating and this is a great choice of a rental.

I have tried a few properties at this condo complex and this one by far was the best. Plenty of towels both bath and beach, sand chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Upon arrival we had a snack basket waiting for us as well as a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch as well as all the kitchen gadgets needed along with spice rack. Condo is very clean, A/C works great, each room had a ceiling fan as well as TV’s with connections to watch the Olympics every night. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The property was great! Nicely updated decor and location is perfect. Most rentals you need to bring your own cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper towels, etc., but this property was very well stocked. We would definitely rent this condo again!
