Stayed Aug 17, 2025We had a wonderful five night stay. My favorite part of the week was sitting on the deck watching the waves and drinking coffee. The condo is in a great location, a short walk around the building and the walkway to the beach is there directly in front of the deck. We had everything we needed in the condo to make our stay enjoyable. The pools were all close to the condo and it was a short drive to the aquarium and Fort Fisher. I’d definitely recommend to others.

The property is beautiful and spacious. Appreciated the convenience of being provided beach chairs and an umbrella. The indoor and outside showers were both great especially the hose for washing off sand. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen while looking out into the ocean. I would 💯 stay here again!

Stayed May 14, 2025We’ve been coming here for years. Gorgeous beach, quiet and never crowded. Super convenient to Carolina Beach, Southport and Wilmington. The condo feels like home and worries melt away as you cross the threshold. We will return again and again.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024David of A1 Property Management has a beautiful condo right at the beach! We loved staying here, plenty of space for the two of us and within 5 minutes of the aquarium at Fort Fisher. Fort Fisher itself is undergoing a remodel so we couldn't visit this year. I highly recommend this place.Thank you A1 for a wonderful vacation!
