Ocean City Escape - 7 Steps from the Sand!

Great unit. Perfect location. Kimberly is an excellent host.

The ocean was visible and but the beach was not. But the sound of waves crashing as I sat on the deck was so enjoyable. I would stay here again for sure. The place was smaller than pictures let on, however it was perfect for my son and I to come and get away, wish we could have came for a week.

Can not beat the location to the beach! Space fit our needs perfectly. Host was responsive and so kind!

Location is great with ocean in front yard and in between OC boardwalk and Rehoboth boardwalk. The room is perfect for two people.

This is my 3rd year in this Condo - the condo is always clean and new carpets were installed. The people in the other condos were quiet and thoughtful. It his situated near great places to eat and shop, And it is 7 steps from the beach!

Kim was great at communicating all pertinent details, and very quick responding to me. The location is fantastic! The condo was clean, and met our needs. There were an ample amount of beach chairs, and a convenient beach locker to store everything. Highly recommend!

We loved the location- right on the beach and wonderful for the kids. Communication was great. Unit was clean and comfortable with lots of beach gear. Would stay here again!

This was at least our third stay in this unit for a September golf weekend, so we think the place is pretty perfect. We'll most likely be back again next year! Thanks!!!

We had an excellent stay. The condo was right on the beach on the ground floor. It had everything we needed for a 2 night stay and being on the ground floor was very convenient for my elderly mom. The views of the ocean is somewhat hidden as there is a sand dune in front of the house but access to the beach was very convenient.

You cannot beat the location here. The on-beach location was so convenient and nice. The property manager was very helpful and kind with my many questions. It wouldve been nice to have a few necessities provided (toilet paper, paper plates, paper towels, etx.) but maybe that is not the norm. We would recommend!

Perfect vacation spot for small family

really nice location, plenty of parking, super short walk to the beach, nice porch. enjoyed the instant-on hot water shower so much i'm thinking of installing one in my home. only complaint was lack of cook ware, only two pots with a single lid and two frying pans that were so beat up or warped they were unusable. not a big deal as we picked one up for $20 at local store but will bring my own next time.

Property location and beach access is top notch- literally steps to the dunes just outside the beach. This was wonderful for our young children. Condo is a bit dated- could use a fresh coat of paint, inside shower curtain was really stained and needs to be replaced. One of the curtains to the sliding glass door was stained with something as well. The condo was overall a bit small for our family of 5 and the bedroom with the bunk beds is bigger than the bedroom with the queen size bed. Might want to hire some new cleaners- there were still some food crumbs in the kitchen, and the beds had some crumbs and some hairs...Had a good stay- my kids loved the place.

Stayed for the week with my family of five. Condo was ideal for us. The location was perfect. Beach was right behind the condo with a private beach area in between that you can sit out, play cornhole, wiffle ball or other games. Restaurants were within walking distance and the boardwalk wasn’t far at all. Kim was very responsive to all my questions. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again!

Our girls ages 2 and 5 had a blast! The location was perfect, right on the water for any last minute potty breaks. The condo was clean and had a big open living room space for the girls to play while we were inside. Check in was super easy and the owner was so responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this spot for families. There’s an ice cream shop right across the street and the water park is a quick 5 min drive! So fun!

The location was awesome. Enjoyed that it was just a short walk across the dunes to the beach/ocean. Would recommend to family and friends. Only negatives: 1) There was no hot water when we used the kitchen sink. However, did not have that problem in the bathroom. 2) There was no empty cabinet space to store any items we bought for the week. Was inconvenient.

Comfortable and cozy steps to the beach, we were able to park our car and walk to everything we needed.

We had a beautiful weekend! The rental had everything we needed to stay comfortably for the weekend! Everything was in working order, the floors were clean, and the building was very family friendly. Lovely neighbors! I loved the easy access to the beach. My kids were so pleased being close to the sand!! We felt right at home!!
