We recently stayed at this property. There was a very strong musty/moldy smell on the lower (entry) level. The back yard, grill area was neglected. (Grill in bad shape, resting on cinderblocks. Old fashioned clothesline with rusty old clothespins on it. Outside shower old and yucky). Inside, in the upper levels we were happy with the property. With the only exception being the closets were cluttered and messy . There were large amounts of dirty looking, half folded blankets and towels. Copious amounts of rusty old wire hangers. For the price point I’d expect decent closet space to hang my clothes in a rental house. The beach proximity was fabulous. And we loved all the porches to enjoy the ocean views. Overall a nice house. Could use a little more decluttering and attention to the mold/must smell on first floor.

The house is the 2nd one from the beach, literally 50 steps away! Awesome view of the sunrise and ocean from 2nd floor deck. Roof deck has great views of the whole island. Property was very clean, plenty of TVs, computers and a printer! Lots of toys in the garage for all ages (bikes, beach carts, etc...). Main room on 2nd flooor is excellent. Very well located in Ship Bottom near Ron Jon, plenty of restaurants, (and Shore Good Donuts!) We have been coming to LBI for 15 years, that might be the best overall house we’ve rented. We would go back in a heartbeat.
