Ocean Block Condo - Walk to the Beach - 3BR - SaltWater Pool

Great host and great stay. Very easy to work with and my family and I had a great time.

This condo is exactly as described! Close to the beach and on the ocean side of Dewey which makes carrying beach chairs even easier since you don’t have to cross route 1, we loved that! Walkable to everything in Dewey, yet quiet still since it’s not right next to the loudest spots in Dewey either which we loved as well! The pool is a nice touch and we liked that the parking and pool were behind the property and off the main road for even more privacy. We’d be happy to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The condo was very clean, well-kept, and had everything to make us feel right at home. It’s very comfortable and perfect for families. We loved being able to relax here after a day at the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great property and great location!

Place was clean, updated and well stocked. Towels were nice and sheets were soft. I was very disappointed that the listing said two BRs with twin beds only to find that one room had a bunk which i intentionally avoided. Lots of outdoor space. Location was fantastic near beach and restaurants.

Unit was great for 6 of us - husband/wife, 3 children, and a grandma. Clean and host was great with communication. Location was outstanding - enjoyed being able to walk to get dinner or a drink at all of the local favorites. Beach access is very close by. We did a couple of watersport activities on bay side and that was a minute walk. Appreciated having two parking spots available for use. Would recommend

This property was a dream! The owner was great to deal with. Perfect location to beach & restaurants. Off street parking. The place was very clean and well appointed! A plus with nice linens & towels included in the rental. Also shampoo & soap were provided. The living areas were very spacious & comfortable. One note is a flight of stairs to get up into the unit. The stairwell was well lit & secure. Would highly recommend this place!

Our family of six enjoyed the location and the comfortable beach vibe of the house. Daniel was extremely responsive and helpful.

The location was great and overall good experience. The biggest issue were the bathrooms which were small and could have used a good scrubbing (especially the shower downstairs)

Great location, comfortable accommodations, condo with just what you need! Lots of outdoor hang out spots as well. And Owner was very attentive and quick in responses to any questions or concerns leading up to trip. Only issue was a faulty coffee pot which he promptly replaced within a short couple hours of the discovery. Definitely a two thumbs up for a Dewey trip with the fam!

The condo was very nice. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and renovated. Excellent accommodations including sheets for the beds, towels, a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There were several decks all with nice furniture. The indoor furniture was clean and modern. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

Our family comes to Dewey every year! This was, by far, one of our best experiences. The location, house and communication was perfect! One plus was the on-site parking! Our unit was allowed 2 parking spots and that was perfect for out family. We could come and go without having to worry about finding street parking. The house was spacious, clean and had everything that a family would need! We look forward to renting again next summer.
