We had a great time, great weather and added another year of wonderful memories from Dewey. Robert was very easy to get in contact with and replied right away to questions or concerns.

Property was well equipped and kitchen had a variety of pots, pans, dishes etc. they could use some kids forks but even had a good variety of plastic dish ware for the kids!

Beach 100 yards away! Kitchen well equipped!Central a/c! Awesome parking! Amazingly quiet at night even located on rte 1!

Very enjoyable stay. Central location in Dewey, just a short walk to beach and restaurants. Unit was spacious and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and two kids.

This is our second year staying at this property. We love everything about it. Close to the beach, shops, mini golf, and great restaurants!! The condo is perfect for our family. Very comfortable with lots of space. Owner is very easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again!!!

The location couldn't be more perfect for walking to the beach and to stores, restaurants and bars. The large front porch was perfect for taking the small children out on in the morning to allow others to sleep in. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. We did have some minor water issues upon arrival but Robert was great and had the issues remedied the same day!

Great location. House was clean and allowed everyone to have their own personal space. Will definitely rent again.

Although there were some issues with the house during our stay (leaking sink, odd smells wafting through the house and ice-maker, water under tiles in one bathroom), the owner was very responsive and able to rectify them as they occurred. The house is in a great location and is generally quite nice.

It’s not often one finds such a large reasonably priced unit with so many bathrooms. Living spaces nicely decorated and of course beachy given that the ocean was a block away. Supplies/refills were appropriate for our length of stay. If I had to complain about something it would be the showers. Showerheads looked moldy as did under ledge step. And being someone who washes their own bathroom rugs every couple weeks I thought theirs hadn’t seen a washer in quite some time. I will give extra points for owner communications. His was more than excellent.

Great property. Close to everything - the beach, restaurants, shops. So close to the other DE Beaches too to hop around if desired. Nice, large, clean space with lots of room to spread out for a larger group. Host was great and very responsive! We'll be back!

This was a wonderful, clean and super spacious property! The host was incredibly communicative and helpful at all times from beginning of booking to the end of our stay. The location was perfect and our group of friends had a lovely weekend. Awesome coastal decor!

We have stayed in Dewey at different locations over the past 14 years and this condo was by far our favorite location yet. The single floor unit was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. Parking was a non-issue which is a huge plus in Dewey. Short walk to the beach and close to all shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded quickly. We hope to come back again.

Property was as described. My family and I had a great vacation. My only recommendation is to bring umbrellas for the patio tables since the deck faces west. We would stay again with a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and Jolly Trolley stops.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach condo. Plenty of space for everyone and it was great having a bathroom connected to each bedroom. The communication with the host was smooth and prompt which made the entire booking experience hassle-free. Dewey Beach has been my family’s favorite vacation spot. We look forward to going back!

My family loved this place! It is in a great location and is in walking distance to everything (stores, restaurants, mini-golf, and the beach!!) This home was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinking our coffee and relaxing on the front porch in the morning. Parking was a breeze as well. If you're looking for boardwalk time, it's a very short drive to Rehoboth. The owner, Robert, was great to work with. Check-in was super easy and he was very responsive. We give it 5 stars!! We will definitely be back!

We loved this place! Huge and spacious, very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Close to beach, only negative is coastal highway frontage but didn’t really bother us when doors were closed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for a large group, each room with it's own bathroom, and the way the porch offered access to both sides of the building and a private shower was very nice. Location was fantastic and convenient to the beach and multiple restaurants. We would stay again.
