Great location! Very beautiful & comfy home! Had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time. Galley kitchen was a little tight at times but plenty of cabinet/counter space.Michelle was wonderful and quick to respond to questions.Would highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and to the carnival and restaurants. We barely used our car all week. The beach access was easy and the pool was a perfect spot to cool off after a long beach day. The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. The elevator came in handy for getting all of our stuff in and out. The kitchen is well equipped and the beach supplies in the garage were plentiful. No complaints at all! This is a wonderful rental!

Great location. Very well equipped. Elevator was great for luggage and person with disability. The fireworks can be viewed very well. We enjoyed our stay and made family memories.

Best location off the beach! Kitchen fully equipped for cooking-as a family we don't go out to eat, so having a full sized fridge and a fully equipped kitchen was important to us - did not disappoint!! The condo is secure, the pool was too much fun with our grandchildren, and the beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away.

We had a wonderful time. The condo has all the beach gear one could want. The pool was great.

Property exceeded expectations. No surprises. Exceptionally clean, well appointed and everything in good condition. Elevator was a plus. Owner very responsive. Great location, walk to beach, Lake Park, restaurants and boardwalk. Very nice little pool right next to the unit, used it everyday. Neighbors all very friendly. Entire premises clean and secure.

The condo is so nice because there is plenty of room for a family of 8. It is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We have stayed here twice and were very happy each time!

We enjoyed the condo and had a wonderful vacation! The location was perfect-everything was within walking distance that we needed. We rented a 4 & a 6-person golf cart-they fit nicely in the garage. As noted by the owner, the ice maker did not want to work correctly but we planned ahead and did not use it after the first day. We purchased ice from the ice box across the street from Stoked at the boat docks ($3.00 for a 20-pound bag). There were plenty of beach chairs (nicely hung on the walls), coolers, sand toys (in a bucket) and the grill in the garage. Plenty of coffee filters, baggies, foil, dish washer soap, hand soap and toilet paper - we brought some, just in case and left some to keep the supply going. We did move the spices to the cabinet above the fridge since we did not know how old they were or who's they were. The pool was clean and only a few steps from the garage - it looked small but the week we were there, it was never crowded. Mentioning the next 2 items just so the owner knows-not a big deal at all-the washer left little white things on your clothes after each wash (probably from sand not being shaken out of things first). We made sure to shake piece of clothing before putting them in the dryer as to not clog the dryer with them (maybe needs a service in the off season) we did wipe it out between each load. The beds sounded crunchy & you knew anytime someone moved. Thank you for sharing your condo with us & we hope to stay again soon!

Our stay was great. The rental was extremely clean which is a major plus for me. Steps from the beach and restaurants. Parking my car and walking to everything available is yet another plus. Hope to return next year.
