Stayed Jan 31, 2026Nice big space - great balcony! Very clean when we arrived. 2nd bathroom a little small but worked out fine since there were only 4 of us. Owner was very responsive when we notified them the stove wasn't working well- they replaced immediately! Liked the smaller building and quiet beach.

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Great location on the beach. Nice top floor condo. Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of beach chairs and towels, a cooler and umbrella(s). Stainless kitchen appliances, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Appliances starting to show their age, directions would be helpful. Granite countertops throughout. Master bathroom needs a door. Dedicated parking spaces underneath are wonderful. Host was very helpful.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The condo is in a great location, is well equipped and super nice. Everything you need to prepare meals and have a relaxing stay is provided. The garage is a little tight so leave the large vehicles at home. The only issue that we had is that the listing states there is a hot tub and a bbq grills present and there are none on the property that we could find. We enjoyed our stay, this is a nice updated condo that has nice appliances and furniture. The outdoor furniture is also top notch and we loved our coffee with a great view. The beach is nice, we saw a manater and multiple dolphins during our stay. The location is laid back but just a few minutes to the busier tourist spots. We would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Stayed Sep 8, 2023This owner, Dania Garcia, is in our experience one of the best operators on VRBO. This was our second stay in Indian Shores which is a wonderful Gulf Coast jewel in itself. While we dealt with some lingering effects of Idalia in the area, Dania was pro-active and communicated well ahead of our stay to avoid problems. The condo is beautiful, well-appointed and the balcony is superb!
