Stayed Dec 31, 1969We absolutely loved our month in this condo. We felt totally at home. We found it very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Loved the huge private lani overlooking two water falling features and included a built in grill. The pool in this complex was beautiful and just a short walk from the condo. The owner, Bill was great to work with. He purchased a Keurig for us to use when we asked him if there was one in the condo. Having a garage was such a plus. Thank you Bill for sharing your lovely piece of paradise. Mike & Cindy

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a beautifully decorated upper unit. The condo is very well maintained and the owner is very accommodating and responsive to any problems or suggestions. Falling Waters is gorgeous with a wonderful extra-large heated pool. There are scheduled activities should you want, ranging from Aquafit to games nights. It is nicely located close to shopping and about 15 minutes to Naples Pier and other attractions such as Everglades State Park. This is a very comfortable place to stay to relax or be as busy as you want to be. We have stayed in Naples many times before and this is by far the best place we have rented. We have booked to return for the next two years, what more can we say?

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay in this condo in Falling Waters was very, very nice. Everything is new and in excellent working condition. We enjoyed morning coffee on the spacious lanai with the sunrise and the pleasant waterfalls. It has well appointed furnishings and each room is most comfortable. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be sparking clean and a starter of supplies for our use. The owner has provided everything one would need. It was a pleasure cooking in the large kitchen especially with the open floor plan. Bill, the owner, was easy to reach, showed interest in our well being and was always quick to answer any questions. In addition to the great resort style pool, the Naples pier and beach is only about a 10 - 15 minute drive. We never had to deal with any heavy traffic and always found convenient parking at the beach. Bill provided beach chairs, towels and a cooler. Take advantage as the sunsets at the beach are incredible. Publix grocery is 5 minutes nearby and next to that, there is a nice Hair Design salon, and a nail salon. Falling Waters has lush and beautiful landscape, is right on Davis blvd. which flows directly onto 5th ave. with all the great shopping and restaurants anyone would want. While we were there, my husband had to return to Chicago for a family emergency and I stayed in the condo by myself for our final week. I felt completely safe and secure as this is a gated community with staff at the gate. When it came time to leave, the owner arranged for his on site asst. to help me with departure tasks. We are looking forward to staying in this condo again later this year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First trip to Naples Nov 2014 absolutely loved the area! Falling Waters 2nd fl condo /pool very nice & highly recommended gated community. 1800 sq ft 2 bedroom unit. Master bdrm (king) & bath are huge. 2nd Bedroom (queen) w/good size attached bath. Bedrooms located on opposite ends of condo allowing for privacy. Balance of condo - eating area, kitchen, dining room, TV (new flat screen) area all one big long area with very high ceilings made for a nice open comfortable living area. Hardwood floors & updated washer & dryer. Lanai (screened in porch) goes across the entire back side of the condo located off the TV area and master bedroom. Has an outdoor grill with dining room seating and also nice comfy outdoor wicker furniture. You can see 3 waterfalls from the lanai area but never see any people making it very private. Sunrises on this side (lanai) of the condo...nice place to have breakfast & a cup of jo. The place is immaculate, no clutter. Kitchen has the basics to get by as far as kitchen wears & has plenty of cupboard space. Lots of parking and a short walk to the awesome pool. I'm a lap swimmer so the pool was very important to me, estimate pool at a meandering 200 ft long. Look at the website photos or Google Earth the place. You won't find another pool this big anywhere in the area. The area is populated with lots of condos & is very quiet, resort like and the grounds are extremely well kept (like Disney). It is a 7 mile ride to beautiful Naples beach (due west). There in Nov and so the traffic was light. Every street ends at the beach with 4 - 5 free parking space so be an early bird ( by 9:30 -10 am) . Alternative parking short walk to the beach. Homes on the beach are 20 million and up/ no tall hotels! The beaches are beautiful no shade bring your umbrella. I can't say enough good things about the Naples area - it is where the wealthy hang out. Very civilized, not a lot of authority in your face, great restaurants to choose from, lots to do. We dinned every night on 5th ave. If you’re a boater there are extensive waterways, dining etc which we did not have time to visit. We were there to unwind and get off the hamster wheel of life - breakfast, beach, pool, shower, sunset & dinner daily was just lovely. Suggestions: 2nd bathroom needs a shelf or side table to put toiletries. Pool chatter indicates Falling Waters condos rent quick so don't hesitate to rent this place. LOVE NAPLES!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Having just returned from our vacation in Naples, my husband and I can’t wait to start planning our return trip next year. I can honestly say that this was one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve taken in a long time, which in itself is amazing seeing as I was traveling with a very active two-year old! Falling Waters is a beautiful complex that’s centrally located to an array of dining and attractions. You’re just minutes from the Naples Zoo, the Botanical Gardens (which will be closed for renovations through October 2014, but I highly suggest checking it out), Lowdermilk Beach, and downtown Naples. Check-in at the gatehouse was a breeze thanks to the thoroughness of the owner, Bill. A pool pass, and car tag we’re waiting for us and the key to the condo is conveniently located outside the front door in a lockbox. You also have access to the garage, which was very nice considering the time of year. The condo is gorgeous, with high vaulted ceilings and lovely hardwood floors in the living and bedroom areas. It's obvious that the condo has been redecorated fairly recently, which is always a big plus in my book as I tend to be very particular. The whole place was bright, extremely clean, and well taken care of. I also have to give kudos to the owner for providing some many amenities and creature comforts; from beach towels, chairs, and toys to bikes and blow dryers and games there wasn’t anything that was lacking. Perhaps one of our favorite features of the condo was the summer kitchen with built-in grill. We ate almost every meal on the lanai, and it was wonderful to have the option to grill up a nice steak or fish. The pool is lovely with a lazy river type feel and two waterfalls that dominate the center. There are plenty of lounge chairs and shaded cabanas for use as well. The benefit of visiting in the off-season is that the pool was extremely quiet every time we visited. After a day in the sun, unwind on the lanai with a glass of wine and listen to the relaxing sounds of the two bubbling waterfalls that back the property - I promise you won't regret it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Falling Waters is a gated condo community, that looks and feels like a resort. The landscape, layout, pool and clubhouse are all very upscale and well kept. We were the first renters of this unit and naturally very apprehensive and uncertain of what we will find. But on entering this condo, all our fears evaporated. It is spacious, all new furniture, bathroom and kitchen utensils. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. He tried to provide everything we would need to make our stay welcoming and happy. He went out of his way to provide bikes, books, games and even water toys for our three year old grandson who visited with us for a few days. Falling waters and this condo unit in particular exceeded our expectations. We plan on spending future vacations in this property and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.
