Stayed Jun 19, 2021Very comfortable stay on Long Sands Beach. Condo was perfect for our party of 3. You couldn't ask for a better location. Yes, the bath house is directly in front of the condo, however, there are plenty of great views of the ocean and the Nubble on either side. Actually, it was convenient as there are 2 ramps at the bath house, which made it super easy to roll our beach cart right onto the beach instead of lugging it down the treacherous stairs. Also, right across side street to Oceanside Store for any forgotten necessities, ice cream treats, breakfast sandwiches....and wine! Easy walk to Stone's Throw or Sun n' Surf in the other direction. Condo itself was cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home and it was a great place to reunite as a family after being separated for a year and a half by COVID.

Stayed May 1, 2021This condo is wonderfully laid out and the equipped with everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. The condo was clean and cozy, the owner is friendly and accessible and we had a wonderful week.

Stayed Jun 15, 2018The condo was stocked with all the comforts of home. Very clean and close to everything. We really enjoyed the deck that offered both sunny and shaded areas. The owner was very prompt and helpful answering our questions. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spot at Long Sands.

Stayed May 31, 2018Great location and view (despite being across from the bath house); clean and nicely furnished/decorated...don't need to bring a thing other than your favorite coffee and groceries if you're of the mind to cook ;) ...will definitely book again! Better than a hotel any day :)

Stayed Jul 22, 2017I make an annual trip to York every year and this rental was perfect for me. Great location across from the beach with a fantastic, well-appointed deck with ocean views. The kitchen has every tool you will need and all the glasses and mugs match. (Not the usual beach rental mish mash of cups and plates.). Plenty of linens and towels for all of your guests. Even some beach towels. I rarely repeat rentals at the beach but I'm already thinking about coming back to this comfortable condo. Definitely felt like a home away from home. I had to work quite a bit on this trip and the wifi was very dependable. if you have to work at the beach, working with ocean views and the sound of the waves is as good as it gets.
