Our condo is located on the Big Niangua Arm (MM13) with beautiful views of the lake. We are from eastern Iowa. We chose this property because it's so close to highway 54. It's a walk-in level for ease in carrying in supplies. The complex has 3 swimming pools and is just minutes from Ha Ha Tonka State Park, 2 golf courses, shopping, bars, restaurants and other fun activities. The owners had the place clean and organized (including all the little cooking tools we needed- pizza cutter, etc) and were responsive, when contacted. The unit was on the parking level, which was great to not have any steps, and close to the two main pools.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024Condo is bigger than what pictures show. All of the appliances worked great and were clean. Love the style of the condo. Back deck was screened in with a screen that you can see through easily. Pools were nice. Owner replied quickly with any questions. Loved our stay!

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Our family enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and the decor was really nice. Beds were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was really nice. The lake view was beautiful. Only negative was the HOA people were not very friendly and a little over the top. Would be nice if the property would have a pavilion with tables for people to sit and talk at if they will not let people use the tables by the pools.
