2 PGA Golf Courses on the JW Marriot property are .3 miles. Hammock Bay. Tons of walking/biking areas but more importantly you can fish off the dock right out your door!
2 pools, tennis, pickleball.
One of the most secluded and private properties I've seen yet close to absolutely everything!
There's nobody above you so it's nice and quiet, the fish are jumping all day and night and quite an entertainment off the Lanai with a cocktail after a long day on the beaches or just being a tourist on trolleys and shopping!
Everything in our property is brand spanking new. We pride ourselves on our ability to be a good service to our clients so hopefully we haven't missed anything.
There is one assigned car parking and one other.
As I mentioned there are two pools. One is covered and the other is outdoors as you can see in the video with a additional deck for sunning.
