Stayed Sep 7, 2025Wonderful location with easy walkable access to the beach. Two lovely pools and beautifully landscaped grounds made for a peaceful getaway for the two of us. We were disappointed that the oven was not working, but we were told a couple of days before our check-in so that we were prepared. The jets in the jacuzzi tub were not functioning either, but it was still a nice big tub to soak in after a long day. Nice layout in the unit, nice balcony to enjoy, and we appreciated being able to do some laundry during our stay as well. Overall, I would recommend Sterling Shores.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025The place was very spacious and clean. Located right by the beach with gated access to the beach which was very convenient. We were on the 9th floor and the elevators were very fast. Pools were very clean.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Had a great time at the condo. Both pools were amazing and the path to the beach was perfect! The condo was very pretty and comfortable wish I never had to leave!

Stayed Jul 31, 2023The stay was really nice. The room worked out really well. Everything that was needed was there. The property was really nice and pools were clean and refreshing. The only problem was the issues with the elevators. There were a few days that we only had one elevator for the entire building which led to much standing around. Overall nice stay.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022Ice maker didn’t work.finally worked on 5th day. Tub had dirty water in it that would not drain. Yuck! Smelled. Couch’s we’re old sunken, nubby & dirty. Had to put sheets over them. Sheets on bed were nubby too. Floors were dirty. When I whipped water up from ice maker & realized floors were filthy. Shower had blk mold inside & out.. people were smoking on patio. Rules do nothing if not enforced.. not a good experience at all! Rented many times under Bonk & Kirkland. Will find it hard to rent again. I realize this is our opinions but 2 service men saw all of this & even took pictures!

Stayed Jun 6, 2022Very clean and pretty. Great view! Only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the fridge was set too low and froze things. There were instructions not to change the temp so we didn’t, but it really should be lowered. However, we would definitely stay again and would recommend this property to any guest!
