Stayed Dec 19, 2021The condos are managed by the hotel. I pointed out to the owner that we were missing blankets for one of the beds and the ceiling fan was dirty and he apparently called the desk immediately! Thank you. However the lady at the desk said “oh yeah, we haven’t deep cleaned that unit yet”. They probably need to do that before someone stays. Also one of the hot tubs was under repair. I’ve stayed here before in another unit and it just seemed that it under different management who don’t care as much. Not the owners fault at all. Owner was very responsive!

Stayed Dec 27, 2021The checkin was easy and owners instructions were very helpful. Property was a little dated and I was disappointed that the bathrooms tub jets didn’t work and that the hot tub wasn’t close to unit (too far to walk). But the unit was roomy and the beds were comfortable. Would have liked more than 1 bath towel per person for 4 night stay. Called desk who said owner would be charged for more towels so we made do.

Stayed Dec 21, 2021We loved it here, the resort has everything you need. Two minutes to the ski slopes and conveniently located to groceries etc. Beautiful surroundings, dog friendly and no crowds. Everyone is friendly & helpful, we’ll come back again soon.

Stayed Jun 22, 2021We loved the ample sleeping spaces. We hadn't quite understood that the two places were linked by shared door, so at first we thought we'd ended up with a single room! But then it was awesome to have the extra room for a quieter space. Perfect location for a golfing buddies getaway!

Stayed Jun 7, 2021This is a great place to stay. You are right between Winter Park and Grand Lake. If you have kids this location is perfect as well. They have an arcade, heated pool and 4 hot tubs. The room was fantastic. It was clean and all the dishes we needed, and plenty of beds. Check in and out was super easy. I will stay here next time we are in the area for sure!

Stayed Apr 2, 2021Definitely not recently renovated. Seems like it hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. Wasn’t very clean either... crumbs and dust on the shelves that the plates and cups were sitting on. Hair in the sink and worst of all, we found a piece of dog poop in the middle of the family room upon arrival.

Stayed Mar 14, 2020We stayed on the top floor and the elevator was quite a distance from our room. The room was smaller than we are used to but serviced our needs nicely.
