NEWLY UPGRADED Beautiful One Bedroom, One Bath, Sports Village Condo

This property has many activities to choose from. It’s older but they are trying to keep it up. Nice pool area great common areas. The condo was very dated. A few things were broken.(blender, hand mixer, toilet paper holder) It did have lots of supplies but probably wouldn’t stay in the condo again until updated.

Stayed for a week. We had a pleasant time. A few items could be repaired, previous reviews had already mentioned those items (small things).

I should've inquired about stairway access. My pup wasn't accustomed to stairs. I should've realized there wouldn't be a 'private' backyard where I could let my pup off leash. If weather temp had been lower, we would've stayed longer.

Lovely condo, pet friendly! The living room has a sleeper sofa, vaulted ceiling & is open to the kitchen. The bedroom has a comfy bed plus large nook for the inflatable mattress. Easy to park, nice complex.

The condo was beautiful, a large living room with a hugh television, a great kitchen and bedroom area and a gorgeous bathroom with a shower tub combination. The refrigerator had plenty of bottles drinking water, plenty of K-Cup coffee for the K-Cup coffee maker. We eat from real dishes and drank fress coffee from real cups not paper. The condo was nice and cool from it's very quiet air conditioner that actually works. The area around the condo was extremely quiet. The cost for the night was less than a room at a motel. Staying at this Sports Village condo was a wise choice.

Fun complex with two pools, tennis, shuffle board, and plenty of stuff to do outside in the nice weather. The unit is is in good shape and plenty big for our family.

We had a great time and the host was incredible in communicating with me whenever I had questions. I also left my minky blanket behind and the housekeeper was kind enough to contact me and mail it back. I was so relieved. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in St. George. The place was everything we expected and more. We unexpectedly got a 24 hour bug and this home proved quite comfy and I felt like I was in my own home.I think the only recommendation I would include in your house manual is to leave the washing machine door open after use. Those front loading machines can accumulate mold and we noticed an odor when we washed the towels.

The unit felt just like home. It was very comfortable and well appointed. I would stay there again.

Condo was great, nice location very safe well lite at night. 10 minutes away from shops restaurants college. Condo was very clean well maintained. Very spacious big rooms enough space for large family. Kitchen had everything needed, nice pans bowls cups plates big refrigerator coffee machines nice stove. Livingroom nice sofabed ,plenty games for kids, big tv's. Restroom and bath area big well stocked, bedroom plenty linens blankets comfy bed. These hosts thought of everything. Everything in house was goof quality. We would defineltystay here again , in summer would be great nice pools, water slides, basketball courts.

The condo was well equipped with towels, utensils, facial tissues, tissue paper, soap, detergent, shampoo - everything we needed. The host responded promptly to questions. There was an issue with the property access code, but the host quickly refunded us for the first night. The smart TV was signed into major streaming services. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The location is pretty perfect, so easy to get in and out of and nothing was more than a few miles away. The property itself was clean, safe, and the lawn crews worked at minimum twice a week. It's an expansive property but it is well kept! Also, it's split level so third floor is more like 2nd since you go down to get to the first floor after you enter the building. The photos were accurate depictions of the apartment and the kitchen was well-stocked with more than I've ever seen in one of my stays. The host was friendly and quick to respond - the one time I had a question. Proximity to Zion made it easy to arrive by sunrise for an early start to the day. I will look for a reason to return to St. George and would easily stay here again no question.

Great location for all the nearby parks. The rest of our group was staying at the nearby Worldmark, so worked great for us. Well supplied kitchen and general household items. Thanks !

We love Sports Village. Wonderful place to stay, super quiet and the pool is great!

We just stayed two nights there with our mini schnauzer. We were all very comfortable. My husband said he really felt at home there and slept so well.That is not typical for him. The condo was very peaceful and quiet. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed some of the amenities there. Very clean and well kept!

We had a great stay here. It was perfect for my husband and I. We traveled to Zion, Kanara Falls, Bryce Canyon to take in the views and do some hiking. We also rented an ATV and explored the dessert, a slot canyon and the Dragons belly! We enjoyed being able to come home and head to the pool to cool off. We appreciated the suggestions for places to dine and tried a few of them. If you like ice cream, try Handles…so good and if you don’t feel like going out, they deliver! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Everything was clean, my only issue is the bedroom does not get as cool as the other part of the home, but it wasn't terrible.

Great property in a great location!

The pictures are pretty accurate but what you don't see is ALL of the mirrors in the bathroom. The tub surround is mirror. Not a fan of watching myself shower. There's no closet or dresser in the bedroom, just a flimsy hanging rack.

The location was easy to find and close to the freeway. We didn't use any of the amenities, but they had a key for the pool and pickleball equipment available. There were plenty of nice fluffy towels and toiletries. The condo is fairly dated even though it's listed as newly upgraded, especially in the bedroom/bathroom area. There is no closet or dresser in the bedroom, it looks like they took down the doors to where the closet should be. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.

I don’t come to St George often but after staying here I want to come more. I now have my new favorite place! Great place for a great price. Absolutely lovely!

Place was nice but lots of stairs.

Perfect place for the 2 of us and 2 small dogs. Plenty of grass for walking dogs. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We took our bikes and found riding trails easily accessible. Only downfall was the top third floor and no elevator.

Lots of great family activities in the main guest house. In the unit there were plenty of towels, blankets, spices, and a few board games. There are only 2 beds, a pull out bed and a queen bed. I misunderstood when it said sleeps 5. The 5th bed was an air mattress. Which was ok. I just wish I would have understood that at wrist.

This is our 2nd yr in this unit. We have been very happy both times ! It has been clean, quiet, and perfect for the two of us! …and will hope to return again next March!!

This cozy property was a great place to settle in to while enjoy the warmer climate of the red rock area, and a place to rest between amazing hikes and state park visits. Its location made it easy to head to Snow Canyon, Santa Clara, and Ivan’s. In addition the extra amenities of pool, hot tub, and lawn sports allowed us some down time while meeting other guests within the complex. This was a great reprieve from the northern cold. Our hosts ensured that pool towels, volleyball, and pickle ball equipments was all there. the kitchen was well equipped with the basics and the living and bedroom areas were well set up for comfort and relaxation. Great location, great place, and great fun.

This is the perfect affordable place to stay for a weekend baseball tournament plenty of room for the 3 of us plus it has a clubhouse with multiple activities to do if you have spare time

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Didn’t realize it was on the third floor. Lots of steps. Had a little difficulty figuring out how to use the TV. Very roomy condo. The location was ideal for all our activities. Would like to return sometime for more sightseeing.

Overall beautiful unit, fully stocked with essentials. Check in process was quick and efficient. Everything was accurate on listing.

It was exactly as described in listing. We didn't need a big place, so a one bed with a pull out couch was perfect. And we just needed a stove, stove top, microwave and frig for our meals. Is the unit a little dated? Sure...but that didn't matter to us. Nice having two sinks in the bathroom and water pressure for the shower was very good. Bed was comfy and so was the couch. We enjoyed using the gym and pools, especially the 18+ pool area. If we had time, would have loved to play mini golf or shuffleboard. The resort has very nice amenities. We had a couple questions about using the pool and the covered parking (which was nice from the sun), and the manager got back to us right away. We will definitely consider using this place again when we return to St George.
