Newly updated Modern 2 BR Scottsdale Condo.

Apartment was great. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Easy parking and great location.

Condo was very clean & updated. Adequate linens & kitchen utensils. We walked to church & Old Town. Owner was very prompt to communicate

We had such a perfect experience staying here! They had everything we could have possibly needed! Location was perfect and lots of options in walking distance. Definitely coming back!

We've been to Scottsdale every year for several years, and our first time stay at this condo was the best ever. Robert and Cyril were excellent hosts and responded immediately to our questions. The space was clean, modern, with a VERY comfortable bed and a lovely patio. The location was also close to Old Town. Since we had unusually hot weather in March we were concerned about the A/C. No problem and all, the A/C worked great and kept us cool in 100 degree weather outside. We will come back next year and hope to stay in this wonderful place.

Stayed a few days during spring training. Excellent location. Condo had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable stay. As a frequent traveler, loved having great lighting in the bathroom : ) Thank you!

We had a great stay at this property. The photos were accurate as were previous reviews. It was very clean, great communication and a nice location. It is about an easy 20 minute walk to the heart of Old Town (we opted to just Waymo a few times) but there are some nice options to eat closer as well. Other highlights we enjoyed was the pool area which was very nice, the well appointed kitchen/coffee bar area, and the patio right off the living room with large patio doors for a fun indoor/outdoor vibe to start and end the day. We felt safe and everyone we met while on this property was very nice.

My mother and I stayed for 3 nights and were completely satisfied. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Place worked great for the two of us. Complex was quiet, parking was very easy, condo was clean and had a very nice deck for relaxing. Robert was very prompt to respond with the few questions we had. Would recommend.

Great stay!

The condo was nice and we enjoyed the location a lot. The one thing that was difficult was the heating/cooling, but that is building controlled and not something the owner can address.

Highly recommended! We travel to Scottsdale frequently and we rate this property among the very best for location, design and cleanliness. The owners’ attention to detail and responsiveness are a real plus.

Very nice condo unit, full kitchen, very close to Old Town Scottsdale and its many attractions. Excellent and timely communication with owner. Accurate description of condo and owner’s welcome message contained every detail you would need. Check out instructions very simple and straightforward. Unit clearly shows pride of ownership and tastefully decorated. I look forward to returning!

This was a great place to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday with my sister and me. We had fun at fashion square, went to a spa and enjoyed the pool! Thanks for a clean and great location in Scottsdale!

We stayed for over a week at this fabulous Condo in Scottsdale. The condo has everything that you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Very clean and super cozy. We enjoyed many afternoons at the pool. Walk to Old Town is about 15 minutes away. The area is safe and there are many amenities close by.We had difficulties with our flight leaving the Phoenix area. Robert and Cyril were incredibly understanding, and helped us to navigate our extra nights stay. They were incredibly responsive to our message, and very kind. We had the best experience and will definitely stay here again when we return to the Scottsdale area.

This condo is so chic and classy, beautifully decorated and located a great location for everything fun in Scottsdale. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Short trip to find some sunshine! Enjoyed everything about the condo. Great location with proximity to museums, shopping , and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive . Don’t miss the wonderful botanical gardens!

The unit was as described and has been updated and decorated in cheerful colors. We loved the patio and location. We arrived on a very warm day in Feb and the entire building was set for heat. There is no way to switch unit from heat to cool. Unit has several ceiling fans and owners have provided extra fans, so it was not a major issue. Property manager said that the date to switch varies, depending on the weather. Also, there is no recycling for the building, which might not matter to some. The pool is very nice, but gym was being repainted so we did not use those facilities. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with many good restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

This is a very well appointed, comfortable, and beautiful condo in a great location. Owners respond quickly to communications and make the checkin and out process smooth and easy. We will stay here again!

Super spotless apartment as advertised. Without a doubt the most well equipped place we have ever stayed. Complex is very well maintained, the pool and hot tub were great. Owners were very friendly and very responsive. Walkable to Old Scottsdale and Fashion Square

This condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well equipped (except not a lot of bathroom or kitchen towels). We loved the outdoor lanai with comfy chairs. We had some glitches with not being given the correct door code so we had to wait outside the unit until we heard back from the owner with the correct one. Then, we could not sign in on wifi because they had the wrong password written in their emails and on the instruction sheet in the unit. The instruction sheets in the unit should be updated and more information given versus having to communicate via email especially with regard to operating heating/cooling systems and the need to used space heaters for heating. We did not use any of the building amenities but walked through them (the pool is in the middle of a group of buildings and this condo is one of the furthest away) and things are old and dirty and it's a lot smaller than it looks in the listing pictures so not really that inviting of a pool area if that's important to you.
