Newly Updated Amelia Island Corner 3BR - Steps to Ocean & Pool, Walk to Ritz

Well appointed condo. Great location.

As advertised. We had a wonderful time. A little walk to the beach, but on a deck board path. Pool a little cool, but it's early November. We would definitely recommend this property.

This home was wonderful! I have no complaints at all. Host was very accommodating and helpful! Location is perfect and the amenities were great! Wonderful spot on the beach. Will be back!!

We were in town for a family wedding and this condo was a perfect location and setup for us. Just minutes to everything and a short walk to the beach during the down-time (and when the weather cooperated). Host was very quick to reply to questions. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful home! It's very spacious with a great balcony and a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pools, very refreshing. Cori is great and communicated quickly to my questions.

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week at Amelia Beach. The unit was as pictured and accommodated our family well for the week, and I felt it was a good value for what we paid. The convenience of walking to the beach was very nice and the property was very quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed being able to walk to the lovely uncrowded beach and also the shaded pool area. Everything worked as expected. I would stay here again.

Great stay for the second time! All the information in the listing is accurate. Nice condo with many extras. Love the location to the pool. No view of the beach, but not a long walk. Very quiet area.

The property was good. Needs some TLC with new mattresses and towel holders and toilet paper holders need to be securely fasten into the wall. The condo itself was nice and roomy. The pool does need a deep cleaning but overall was a good place to stay.

The condo is comfortable. The pool was clean. The beach is more than “steps from the beach”. It was not very clean, the downstairs shower has accumulated dirt on the door, it leaks and the shower floor is very slippery. The condo has obvious signs of wear. We were instructed to remove our shoes before entering, within a few minutes of walking around inside the condo our feet were black. The property is not handicap friendly at all. Parking is very tight, my truck was very difficult to maneuver. We were instructed to have the parking pass in our vehicle at all times due to HOA requirements, no other vehicles had parking passes. The outside deck was filthy and the palms were over grown, hanging into the deck.

Very nice accommodations, well stocked appliances and necessities. Pool was very nice too. Walking distance to the beach with chairs and toys provided!!

Very nice place for our family to vacation. The condo had adequate space, kitchen was fully stocked and nice amenities. Nice updates have been recently completed. Would recommend for families with kids.

It was ok. Guess it served its purpose. Should have read list of amenities more closely. In spite of overlooking the pool and close to the ocean, there were no beach towels provided. Had to purchase them for six people after traveling more than 900 miles. Nice to have beach chairs provided. Downstairs bathroom was dirty upon arrival and no bath mats in any of the bathrooms.

We had a great 6 day trip to Amelia Island. Cori provided clear and thoughtful instructions. It was so nice to have beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs at the condo. The beach is amazing it is about a half mile walk to the Ritz. The kitchen was well stocked and had quality cookware. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We had a great time. Very close to the beach. And the pool. Great starting off point to see downtown Amelia Island Fort clinch Little Talbot Island I would recommend this Condo. Owners were very good at communicating in a very timely manner

Had a great stay on Amelia Island. Condo is as stated. Clean, very quiet. We found enough places to have meals.

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean and exactly how described. It was stocked very well and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again if I should find myself back in the Amelia Island Area.

The home was exactly as pictured and in a great location close to Ritz Carlton, Omni, and a short drive to Centre Street in the middle of Fernandina Beach. Comfortable and not at all noisy, time at pool was quiet and nice. Walked on the beach one morning which was overcast, and we were looking forward to going back to get into the ocean. We ate at several good restaurants, from breakfast places to casual but really good lunch spots, and very nice dinners. Only downer was the last two days - very rainy so no getting back to the beach. But all in all a great visit.
