Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our one disappointment was that we were not given the code to get our car through the gate to enter the property the evening we arrived. There was a phone at the gate but it did not work properly. I had to call the after hours number and wait a short time for a return call. Otherwise our condo was very nice and the location was great. The on site staff was very helpful. The beach was, of course, beautiful.

The unit was clean and had the necessary amenities we needed to function throughout our stay. The appliances and air conditioner worked fine, which is extremely important. Our family staying in the unit next to ours was not as fortunate. The larger bathroom shower had been updated with a glass door. The only suggestions I could make would be to replace the mattresses in both bedrooms. They were not comfortable at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Unit B1302. The unit was spacious, clean and had nice proximity to the beach. Having a water tub outside the front door to rinse sand from feet was appreciated. However, there were a few annoying aspects that need addressing by the owner/mgmt. The stove top burners cycle off (completely for a few minutes) and then back on for no reason making it difficult to prepare a meal. The dryer is extremely loud and very inefficient even after cleaning the filter after each use with small loads. Bedroom sliding closet doors (queen bedroom) were off the rails upon arrival and not functional. Attempts to fix myself were unsuccessful. Other improvement suggestions - remove large patio table/chairs and replace with more comfortable seating (beautiful view from balcony but cramp and uncomfortable seating), replace bedroom carpeting with hard flooring. Supplied cookware was plentiful but skillets need replacing. Again, enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to Silver Dunes.

This condo i feel needs more kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc.

Reviewer Comments: Very pleased with the stay in B1302. The unit has been updated with beautiful beach cottage furnishings. Silver Dunes properties are always clean and the staff onsite is amazing. Only two negatives to this property would be the palm tree in the front living room window blocks the view of the beach but the kitchen window and balcony make up for it :). The kitchen cabinets need to be updated there are white but the doors do not close all the way. The kitchen stove was a new electric stove and it did not work properly. Not sure what was the cause we but took an hour to warm up chicken nuggets in the oven and the burners ontop would get hot then they would shut off or cool down. Very frustrating!!!!
