Newly Updated 2 Bed / 1 Bath Condo - 3 Minute Walk to Beach - Best Deal Around!!

I liked that this was close to the beach. The unit was like 3-4 blocks from the beach. Walkable but no sidewalks. 2nd floor, the place was nice and clean except for the floors which was slick. Overall the kitchen was stock with tools, condiments. There were a towel for each person. Rental came at a good price.

We had a wonderful visit to Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, in part, due to the wonderful accommodations of this VRBO unit. As soon as you walk into the unit it welcomes you with a bright and clean beach hug! The owners of this unit are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, before, during and following your stay. A “Welcome” binder contains maps and information of different tourist hotspots. The binder also lists clearly, what is offered to you during your stay and what is expected of you before you leave. This spacious unit is clean, open and very accommodating. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to downtown eateries on the beach. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Greg was a great host. Easy access, clean and very comfortable beds. Forest Ridge is a good location as it is 1 block to the beach and Sliders is down the street. The best beach bar on the island. Thanks see you again

Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location close to Everything. Owner hooked us up places to go. The heat worked great on the 30 degree day. We would certainly stay again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Easy walk to beach and well equipped with beach friendly items like chairs umbrellas etc. Host was very responsive and made sure check-in was easy for us. Unit was clean and cozy comfortable for our family.

The condo was okay. Cleanliness -- rugs, furniture, glass slider were not clean. Laundry - washer had a definite mold odor and needs to be deep cleaned. We did not use it but I'm assuming the bedding, towels that are provided are washed in it. The appliances need to be replaced as they are pitted and rusty. The bedding definitely needed a refresh. It's smaller than what appears in the picture but was fine for two of us. The property owner was very attentive but I have a feeling he/she are not nearby because the condo definitely needed some TLC. There are close neighbors and unfortunately smoke so we couldn't open the slider or a window. They did have a nicely stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils, etc. The other amenities like beach chairs, towels, etc. need an upgrade too. Most had sand left in them, were rusty and were in the master bedroom closet - yikes! We didn't visit the pool. The island was beautiful and we would go back but would stay elsewhere.

Condo is clean, bright, nicely furnished. Has a nice pool. Also, it is in a great location. Close to beach, shops, historical places to see. Owner responds in minutes to questions. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Hopefully, we will be able to visit again.

Great place to get away for a few days. Enjoyed the quiet and within walking distance to the beach is a plus.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable and clean. The hosts answered all questions promptly. We enjoyed the time that we spent there and would recommend it to family and friends who might be interested.

Owner was communitive, house was clean and not far from the beach at all

This place has everything that you need. It is very quaint and quiet. Just a few min walk to the beach access point. We loved the pickle ball court each night. Master bedroom is spacious. Plenty of room for our 4 people. Great little place so close to the becah.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The condo was very nice super quiet and very clean. The beach is a very short walk away and a short ride to historic downtown Fernandina Beach

We had a fantastic time! Greg was absolutely amazing! His communication was thorough and he was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question. The condo was very clean and so cute! It looked exactly like the pictures online. It was a very short walk to the beach, like it states. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Great experience! Highly recommend!

From the time we walked in, we knew we were where we needed to be to relax for a few days. Everything was clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips.We will certainly try to catch this jewel again in the future

The house was clean and looked like the pictures online. The walk to the beach was short and the pool and pickleball access was nice!

My wife and I were very happy with the condo! It was clean, easy to get in and out of, and the communication witj tje owerner was easy. The weather didn’t cooperate, but that just means we'll have to come back!

Many times the pictures paint an extra-rosy picture. Not so in this case, the house is exactly the way it looks in the pictures - clean, neat, comfortable. The kitchen is a nice size. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfectly sized for my husband and I, it was clean, the bed was very comfy, the kitchen was nice to work in and had everything we needed. Greg and Tiff are very responsive and lovely to work with! We will stay again if we get to this area next year.

The condo was in a great location. Met all our essential needs. One improvement would be to list the entire unit number. It was building K unit xxx6 (3 digits I don’t remember) correspondence indicated building K unit 6. Out of fairness I don’t think I over looked that on the paperwork but might have. This did not affect our great stay. We rent almost exclusively through VRBO. I have noticed that access to convenient electrical plugs particularly in bedrooms. My partner had several pieces of medically necessary equipment that made it not so convenient. Again not a mark against property at all. Had the property had a light weight extension cord say behind the dresser or couch would have been great. I also realize not every body has the same needs as us. Also possible the extension cords might be taken by accident. I have also learned that I need to carry a couple of these cord with. Again no mark against the property. I would rent again. I will also put some cords in my travel bag.

My husband and I brought our almost 3 year old here for 4 nights and had a blast! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk away from the sand! Greg was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

It was quiet and peaceful. Just a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the beach. I enjoyed my stay and will be back soon!

This apartment was a great pick for the vacation we were wanting. We wanted something small and quiet. Somewhere to kick back and relax once we returned from shopping or the beach. We had no issues with our stay.

We had a very nice stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable. And it was within easy walking distance to the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with.

This was the perfect little getaway for my family! Greg was great with his communication and the condo was very clean. We loved all the beach decorations and even were welcomed with a bottle of champagne. Having traveled from out of state- being provided with all the beach essentials was huge! The beach was super close and never crowded. My kids also loved the pool and playground. Sliders Restaurant and Beach Bar had an outdoor playground for kids which was another bonus. We had a blast and enjoyed everything this area had to offer. Thank you to Greg for providing a wonderful experience all around! :)
