The ocean was beautiful- the property was clean and well maintained

I loved the wonderful patio furniture as I watched and listened to the ocean.

Great condo right on the beach and very friendly and responsive owners. Would absolutely rent again.

On the beach. The beach is generally empty or only has a few people

The kitchen drawers were very nasty, the master bathroom vanity top looks like someone dropped a bowling ball on it , the vanity itself was in absolute horrible condition from water damage. I would not recommend this place.

The ocean view

Had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay!! This condo was so clean and beautiful inside! The view was picture perfect!! Karen was such a wonderful host! She made the whole expirience so simple and was overly accommodating!! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!

Cleanliness...I give it an 8 out of 10. Some issues with the unit that definitely needs somemaintenance/repairs but did not affect our stay as a whole. Great location in Topsail Beach. Ocean & canal both right there.Views were awesome, especially sunrise over the ocean.Only real issue was all the steps from the unit to the beach. Only a negative for us since my partner has back problems and they were a bit much after a week but after she was on the beach, she stayed all day. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here.

The condo is perfect for 2 adults and children. The beach is awesome and very wide. Very soft sand. The view from the back deck is like sitting on the beach without the sand and sun!! The host was very responsive.

We had a great time staying at this condo! The location was absolutely perfect with both the beach and sound within walking distance. The pool was also nice and convenient to have a break from the beach. The views were spectacular. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils which made it easy to cook meals at the condo. One thing to note was the water smelled like sulfur, which might be a topsail thing, so I would recommend bringing big jugs of water for drinking. Clean sheets are left on each bed when you arrive, so allow yourself time to make the beds when you get there. The place needs some updating and you can tell it's gotten a lot of love over the years, but overall it was a comfortable and an enjoyable place to stay. Places we went to and enjoyed: Topsail - Godwin's market, Lewis seafood, Summer Plunder Days craft fair market. Surf City- Santorini's (delicious and prices were reasonable), Sea turtle hospital (get tickets in advance online), Celtic creamery, Pelicans snoballs, Mia's market (vintage candy and cute shop), and Bargain beachwear (with big alligator mouth for the entrance- best prices compared to others)

We love Topsail Beach and this is a perfect setup with a beautiful oceanfront view. The kitchen had a good selection of cooking utensils also, so making meals was not a struggle.

We loved being able to just walk down the stairs to the beach in less then 5 minuets. Having all the beach toys, chairs and cart there to help with more beach fun was amazing too. We hope to go back next year!

We stayed here 4 days, 3 nights and enjoyed it very much! The host responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns we had. We especially loved the extra beach

The space is wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. Karen was wonderful to deal with I will definitely stay here again and if anyone is looking for a perfect beach vacation place this is it

Very clean property. The view was magnificent which was our main objective. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Had everything you would need for fun at the beach.

I took my kids fpr spring break and we had the best time. We usually stay further south on the island but this was a nice change. Well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. They even had spare chargers, which came in handy! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Queens Grant 202A! When we first opened the door and saw the breathtaking view of the beach we knew it was going to be a good week! The location was perfect for capturing sunrises, searching for sea shells, and enjoying the beach! The house had everything you could need for a home away from home! We will definitely be back!

The condo was comfortable and quaint with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the back deck area. We didnt use the pool or anything, so cant comment on anything else. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return again.

Great location on the beach for a weekend getaway. Views and sounds of the ocean right there. Close enough to town for convenient shopping. Easy walk to beach just feet away.

Everything I am picky about was perfect. Perfect showers, great kitchen. and lots of fresh air and quiet.And thats before we get to sunrise on the deckSuper

This was a terrific place to stay. Very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The view was STUNNING!

We had a small family Thanksgiving this year so we decided to enjoy it at the beach. Beautiful sunrises and perfect walk to the pier. It was chilly but 2 nights was just right. Kitchen was stocked enough but I brought my own storage since I knew they’d be leftovers. Having 2 bathrooms was great. My adult son was too long for the bunk beds so we have officially out grown bunk beds! Oh well! Beautiful area, had never been to Topsail. Would recommend this condo if the 2 sets of bunk beds works for you!

Very clean and just as advertised. A few light bulbs out but other than that great place to stay. Will visit again.

The condo was nice, spacious and had all you needed inside. But we just wanted to fish, and there is no access for a fishing cart! 14 steps up and 15 steep steps down was very hard. Wish there were access with ramps instead of stairs.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Easy boating accessibility with onsite ramp and docking. Pool is huge and has an 8ft deep end. We also made use of the grills. Excellent getaway location

Great sunrises

Communications started out great with the manager, but when we arrived there were FOUR flights of stairs to get to the rental. My God mother has bad knees!! I had no idea about the stairs. So I asked if we could be switched to another unit. Was told unfortunately not possible. That they hope the owners will install an elevator. Which didn’t help my situation at all. Had to watch my god mom struggle with those stairs the entire week. I actually cried the first two days there. Not a bad place, but definitely needs updated. And, the listing should be clearer about the Stairs.

The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with pot and pans, linens and towels..Great location..The pool across the street was amazing and the ocean view from the balcony couldnt have been any better..Great place to stay and communication with property manager was very good..I highly recommend this property..Hope to stay here again next year
