We had a wonderful and satisfying stay at the condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay again!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful. We arrived late to a light left on for us and other sweet and thoughtful touches. The view is perfect! The covered porch protected us from the cold wind so we could still enjoy the beach from afar. There's plenty of parking and the gate app was super easy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

Everything was excellent. The space was perfect for 2 of us, the bed was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook, the balcony was excellent to view the morning sunrise and view the beach. The host had beach chairs and towels to use during our stay. Check in was easy and check out was easy. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful condo! The view was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. It was super easy to access the gate to the property, and also, the condo itself. Suzannah was an amazing host!

We enjoyed this condo for The Amelia Concours. The location was excellent. The ocean view was perfect, and the unit was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. The host was fast in responding to questions. We would book this condo again.

The view from both the bedroom and main living area was amazing. Lighting inside all rooms in the condo provide plenty of options for any ambience. Window shades were awesome for controlling both light and privacy. The owners obviously worked hard to make this stay a pleasure. We felt as at home as you can on vacation and wanted for nothing. If we owned a rental, this is how we would do it!

This property is a rare gem! My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort we experienced. The property was spotless with good parking accommodations. We experienced gorgeous ocean views with a comfortable bed and clean sofa. The bed sheets and pillow cases were white as snow. The property is in a great location, too. A hop skip and a jump to many restaurants, shopping availability and nature trails. Suzannah, the owner responded to all of my questions very quickly. I honestly, couldn't ask for a better experience! As a matter of fact, this was the best vacation rental experience for us. We will definitely attempt to book this property every time we visit Amelia Island, which is about 6 times a year. We stayed late December, 2025.

A great weekend trip to one of our favorite places. We’ve stayed here many times. But first time in this unit. It was clean and in great shape. The view is amazing! Would stay here again and again.

This condo is wonderful! It has everything you need and more. It is comfortable, clean, and the view is spectacular. Make sure you get up early enough one morning to see the sunrise from the balcony, it is worth it Suzannah is a great host, very helpful and accommodating. Amelia Island was a perfect getaway for us. It is beautiful, quiet, great food, and more. We hope to come back and visit again.

Our stay was more than perfect. Suzannah was very informative and quick to respond if I had a question. We had a little issue and she was right on it to get it resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect choice for the two of us. The host provided all necessities needed to include beach towels and chairs. The location is very close to the Historic American Beach and A.L.Lewis Museum. We look forward to planning another stay in the future.

The owner of this unit went above and beyond for our stay! Any questions or concerns were answered almost immediately. We have stayed at this location many times but, this unit/property owner have been the best. We are already planning our next trip!

We really enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island. The property was nicely renovated with direct access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the walking/biking paths accessible directly across the street. Will definitely be back.

The unit was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Spectacular views of beaches, ocean and dunes. Island information was provided on restaurants, places to see. Unit was stocked with everything we needed.

While I was in Amelia Island for a work conference, staying here made the four days feel like a true getaway. The conference hotel was just a short uber trip each day. The location and views are amazing. Stay here, go for walks at sunrise on the mostly empty beach and truly enjoy a peaceful vacation away (even if you’re there to work).

The highlight for us at Surf & Racquet is always the proximity to such a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. We loved the private balcony and the beautiful weather meant we made great use of the balcony. Condo had everything we needed for our weeklong stay.

Condo was well stocked with everything needed. Bed was very comfortable. We especially liked the high top table on the balcony. Condo was very clean and Suzannah was a wonderful host.

Property was clean and well equipped. Property manager was easy to deal with.

The view of the ocean and the sunrise were incredible. The condo is very clean and has all the amenities you would need. We stayed for 11 days and although the pool was under renovation, the owner was very accommodating. We loved the beach. Definitely would stay again! You won’t be disappointed.

Nice easy access to the Ritz Carlton for the car show! One of the pools is being redone as as well as construction on the beach access so not very tranquil.

Condo was 5 star. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, great view. We only found out that the pool and beach access from our building was closed when we arrived. For us this was a big inconvience, since we are older and the round trip to the beach was 1/2 mile longer (yes, I measured it), when carrying beach chairs etc. Luckily we are in pretty good shape. We should have been notified when we reserved the condo! We may have elected to either wait, or book elsewhere.However, as I indicated, the condo was great and we would definitely book it again if we come to Amelia Island.

My husband and I enjoyed our week-long stay at this clean, simple and well-equipped condo. I particularly liked the minimalist decorations b/c it made the spreading out of our things and then the gathering up & packing so easy. I also love that the kitchen now has a full view of the ocean. Suzannah also was immediately receptive to our request for 2 additional lamps & I think she'd respond the same if others had special requests. It was freezing at the beginning of our week (parts of Fernandina Beach actually got snow), but the beach was lovely. It's a great beach for walking or jogging-nice hard sand. We visit Fernandina Beach each year to see dear friends who live there & I hope to rent this condo again.

Well appointed one bedroom condo right on the beach. Love that it’s not overly decorated and is in great shape. 4th floor with wonderful ocean views. Nice, heavy sliding glass doors that open so you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Close access to tennis courts and pool. Only issue was with the Nest thermostat which appeared to be locked with code. Suzannah was quick to respond and adjust remotely and provided instructions. We still couldn’t get it to work and luckily the outside temperature didn’t change drastically and we didn’t have to bother the owner again.

The view is amazing i could siy on the porch all day. Close to everything on Amelia Island this condo was the perfect getaway

Loved our stay. The property was clean, well stocked and very much as it looks in the photos. All seating and the bed were comfortable. I brought toilet paper due to a previous review but it was not needed - the stocked paper was good quality. The view was excellent. It was nice to have the beach supplies included too (chairs, towels etc). Would stay again!

We loved the sunrise view. Quiet property so close to the beach. Patio area was perfect to hear the ocean and enjoy the breeze.

We had a wonderful week in Amelia Island. Host was very responsive with any questions we had regarding our stay. We loved the place and found it to be very spacious. We love Amelia Island. This was our fourth visit to the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club, but our first time in this particular condo unit. First, it has an unobstructed ocean view. Second, it is super clean and comfortable. Third, the amenities were quality (well-equipped kitchen, nice beach chairs, towels, and umbrella, great bed and pillows, and a great shower). Fourth, the hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. I hope we get a chance to stay again. Thank you, Suzannah, for making our vacation on the island the best yet!

This place was perfect for our September stay. The condo was really clean and kitchen was well stocked. Fantastic location with wonderful ocean views. Easy in and out. Host was a great communicator.

Our host was prompt in answering any questions Then TS Debbie decided to complicate the trip and make it impossible for us to get from our home to the condo. However, the host was able to accommodate us a little later in the month. This is allowing us the opportunity to celebrate our anniversary a little later than originally planned. Condo was excellent! Very clean and neat. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. Great view of the ocean. Pool was nice and clean. The owner of the property was great to work with. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this condo!
