Newly Renovated Maine Retreat: Deck w/ Ocean View!

Great location. Very Quit. I was there in off season still it was enjoyable for me. solidtude is what I liked the most. The property owner was more then helpful. Will be going back next year.

Wonderful place! We loved this property. Beautiful updated kitchen, comfortable bed, and the views were unbelievable. Super walkable to everything in town. Felicia is a fantastic host: super friendly, helpful and she even brought us veggies from her farm. Lubec was a great location: access to trails, lighthouses, Lubec Brewing, good grocery store and nearby Campobello Island (bring your passport!). We want to come back next year!

Our days spent at Felicia's Lubec property were absolutely wonderful! Felicia is a fabulous host - great communication for our arrival and throughout our stay. The property is immaculate and well stocked. The bed was comfy and the washer/dryer was great for a quick load at the end of our week's journey across Maine. The nights were cool with the windows open - no need for the AC window unit. It is SO close to the bridge to Campobello. Very convenient, and Lubec itself is right there and a cute little place to grab a bite and a walk. One of the bonuses were the great sunsets from the second floor unit deck. Definitely would stay here again should we ever find ourselves in the area. Thanks Felicia!

This was the perfect place to stay on our visit to Lubec - close enough to talk everywhere & clean & quiet

Absolutely perfect. We loved being able to see the sunsets & able to walk everywhere. And the little free corner library by the Peacock House was awesome!

This is a lovely, roomy unit with great views over Johnson Bay. Bed and couch were comfortable and the kitchen well laid out for preparing meals. I was attending Summerkeys for a week so made most breakfasts and lunches as well as some dinners.Felicia responded quickly and appropriately to a minor issue and also lifted down the toaster which I, as someone who is vertically challenged, couldn’t reach!

Beautiful spot!

Lubec is a classic New England seafaring town. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and has wonderful bay views from the deck. The king bedroom mattress and linens were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. Felicia, our host, was a good communicator and made check-in and check-out very easy. The space had everything we needed to feel right at home from the start. We’ll be back.

Loved the location. Owner was in contact to see how things were going. Place had everything we needed. Clean and spacious.

The upstairs condo was perfect for two couples. Beautifully furnished and clean. The view from the deck is amazing. Felicia was very responsive. It did get very warm and the ocean breeze was nice but we would recommend putting a fan in the condo.

We’ve stayed at many properties in Lubec and this one stands out for its cleanliness and convenience.

Perfect spot for our family. The views are stunning, and it is walking distance to everywhere in town. It is meticulously maintained. We would stay here again!

Very nice little place. Clean, newly renovated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is efficient and has all you would need, though no condiments. Only thing to note of there is no closet with hangers, just shelves on the bedroom and a few hooks by the front door for hanging things.
