House / Pelican Beach Resort Rules

Amenities and Resort Rules:
• Beach: Use the boardwalk sprayers to remove sand. Tents, canopies, and coolers over 48 quarts are not permitted on the beach or at the pool. Personal beach gear must be placed behind beach service setups and removed nightly. Stay off dune restoration areas.
• Pools and Hot Tubs: The inside/outside and Dolphin pools and hot tubs close at 10:00 PM, while the Gulf-front pool and hot tub close at dusk. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool areas.
• Parking: A parking pass must be displayed. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per unit, and vehicles without passes may be towed.
• Fitness Center: Children under 15 are not allowed, and those aged 15-18 must be supervised by an adult.

General Policies:
• Wristbands Required: Guests must wear wristbands (provided at check-in) while on the property, especially during peak seasons. Lost wristbands will incur a $25 replacement fee.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property, with no exceptions per the HOA. Service animals are permitted with prior notification.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST.
• Maximum Occupancy: Please respect the maximum occupancy of the unit (no more than 6 people in the 2-bedroom unit).
• Registered Guests Only: Only guests registered at check-in are allowed to stay in the unit.
• Minimum Age to Rent: The guest/renter responsible for the unit must be 25 years old or older unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
• No Visitors During Peak Season: During peak spring and summer months, unregistered visitors are not permitted access to the property.
• Smoking Prohibited: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and anywhere within the resort footprint, except in designated smoking areas (south side of covered parking and Tiki Bar area). A $250 fine will be assessed if the smell of tobacco, marijuana, or vape is reported in the unit after check-out.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted in the unit or on the resort premises.
• Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise after 10:00 PM may result in eviction and loss of deposits.

Condo Usage:
• Cleanliness: Please keep the unit tidy and dispose of trash properly.
• Trash Chutes: Trash chutes can be used between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM for bagged trash only.
• Balcony Rules: Do not feed birds from the balconies or hang items like towels on the railings.
• Kitchen: Wash dishes after use and store food properly to prevent pests. Be mindful that cooking strong-smelling foods may result in extra cleaning charges.
• Unit Condition: Do not rearrange furniture or decor. Turn off lights and electronics when leaving.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for damages and should report any issues promptly.

    We had an absolute blast staying in Kelly’s condo. Her condo is gorgeous and extremely clean. She has everything you could need in the condo. We had one tiny hiccup and Kelly was very apologetic, and had someone there to help within the hour. We would absolutely rent this condo again. Thanks again for everything!
