Everything was awesome! the location is right where we wanted to be. two parking spaces was key and the size of the pool and the number of available loungers was important. The kitchen had everything we needed as did all the other areas of the house. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This condo was perfect! The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. We appreciated that there were pool towels available as well as an extra fan for the warm nights. The property is one block off El Paseo and close to everything. Management company communicated well and we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommend this unit!

Location, location, location. Condo is spacious, clean and has everything you need. iTrip Vacation Properties is great and take care of every need. They even have a bottle of wine waiting for you.

The host was welcoming and the unit was nicely appointed. However, we were not told about significant exterior renovations to the pool area for the first three days of our stay and then to the carport area for the next 3 weeks. We were unable to park in the covered parking spot at all and the uncovered spot was only useable at night after the crews left for the day forcing us to park on the street. The common areas were not cleaned up until the second to last day of our 4 week stay which was disappointing. This changed the ambience of the place significantly.

We are two seniors and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Location was great, apartment was clean, kitchen well stocked, bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival. Entry to apartment was easy, communication with Ashley was fantastic and we definitely recommend this accommodation.

Everything was just wonderful. Definitely will be back. Definitely love the location to food. Shopping. Lots of walking.

Nice and clean condo close to El Paseo. We stayed for Coachella and found it to be a very convenient location just far enough away. A/C worked great and we appreciated the mostly private outdoor spaces. Only minor complaint was the blue led lighting throughout the space. We elected to use the ceiling fan lights instead of the common area lighting. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our unit in Sandric. Unit had everything you need for a week or month stay. Great location, quiet, clean and comfy. Can’t wait to return. Property managers were great to address any issues.

My wife and I stayed in the condo for 2.5 weeks in November. We've stayed in many similar but none were as well equipped as this one. It was very comfortable and the bed was super comfy. The condo had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable stay. The location is unbeatable. Easy 1/2 block walk to El Paseo Drive with all the shops and restaurants.
