Newly Renovated Designer GULF FRONT Condo on 30A - Blue Mountain Villas #24

The unit was definitely right on the beach with an outstanding view and beautiful sunsets.! The bed was very comfortable and the unit had plenty of space except for a smaller bathroom. It was an easy trip down to the Rosemary/Seaside and Watercolor areas for shopping and more dining. Hannah was very responsive to one minor issue that was resolved quickly. We did hear the people upstairs but were grateful we were on the beach most of the time and out in the evening. Overall it’s a nicely renovated unit.

We stayed here for a quick three day weekend. The condo was so lovely inside. Plenty of space and beautiful view of the ocean. We absolutely loved opening the doors and hearing the ocean early in the morning while having coffee. Blue Mountain is a lovely area for walking and is within close proximity to both 30 A and Destin. We enjoyed eating at cowgirl kitchen and of course getting ice cream after dinner! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay! The condo has been beautifully and comfortably renovated and was very clean. The king size bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The view is important to us and it was perfection. We loved taking it in from the balcony. This was our first time staying in Blue Mountain and we appreciated the convenience of walking to some shops, restaurants and a bakery. Last but not least, Hannah was excellent to communicate with sending us check in info and answering any questions we had quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a good stay in this lovely one bedroom condo! My husband and I came for 5 nights in mid October and the weather was perfect. The condo was as advertised and having a private beach and being steps from the sand was wonderful. The host was very responsive to questions we had and we highly recommend this property. There were bunk beds and next time we’d love to bring two of our grandchildren.

This condo was very nice and updated. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. The location and view were wonderful. Communication with the property manager was great and we only have very positive things to say about our stay at this property. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time visiting Blue Mountain beach. The condo was clean and well stocked, it was easy to find, and within walking distance of tons of useful shops.

Condensation wet moist feeling in the condo all round.Poorly stocked kitchen for any cooking.Outdoor deck was dirty and needs a pressure washing.

Quite honestly, I’m hesitant to write a positive review. Only because we love this place, and we don’t want you taking our chance at reserving this spot next year. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here for our anniversary. The condo was beautiful! Very clean and looked exactly as photos online. We were looking for something more quiet, away from Seaside, and this place hit the mark! We loved the fact that it was a very short walk down to the beach. The condo's furnishings were beautiful, and the deck looking over the ocean was perfect! We enjoyed that you could walk to several places - and great walking trails nearby too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend!

My wife and I just completed our stay and we loved this location and condo. It was perfect for us. The location was great and within walking distance of plenty of fun activities (namely the bakery and creamery). Anything else we wanted to do was just a quick drive. Beach access was simple and quick. Overall we had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Blue Mountain Beach is less crowded than other towns on 30A. The condo is walkable to a great ice cream shop and a bike rental place. We enjoyed walks on the beach and biking on the trail that goes along 30A.The condo is really well decorated and clean. It has a wonderful view of the ocean from the deck. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hannah was excellent to talk to. Very helpful and if it wasn't for her quick responses, I would not have rented this place since I was in a time crunch. The mattress & pillows were perfect. My husband wants to buy the whole bed set up. Thank you for everything! :) I rarely feel this way, but we'd stay here again.

The condo was recently renovated and fabulously decorated with calming neutrals. The king bed was very comfortable, the bunk beds adorable, the bath was fully stocked with linens and had a nice size walk-in shower with great water pressure, the kitchen was well stocked as well and included new GE appliances, the den had ample seating with access to the balcony that had fabulous gulf views! Hannah was very responsive and helpful. Check-in could not have been easier. The welcome gift and note were an added bonus. We look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful beachfront condo and it was the perfect place to relax and celebrate our anniversary. Great restaurants nearby and private beach. We’ll be back!
