Newly renovated condo in oceanfront building with pool & outdoor showers

Great place! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and clean. The whole unit was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and proximity to the beach and market. We would love to book again!!

This is our second year staying at Sandbridge dunes. We love th e convince of being close to the beach and the pool. This condo had a homey feeling and was well stocked on different kitchen items as well where our last was lacking. It was very kid friendly. It could have used a little extra cleaning between guests but better than other experiences.

This condo is in a great spot. It’s directly across from the beach and Sandbridge Market, which has amazing donuts (if you can get them before they sell out)! Sandbridge Island restaurant is next to the market & was perfect for our first night after a very long drive in to town. The pool & complex are well maintained. I felt secure knowing the complex is gated with codes. Our unit was roomy & well equipped. The washer & dryer were great. The a/c & ceiling fans were much needed & worked well! Unfortunately it was not clean. We were able to text the management company & they helped. Overall we would recommend this unit for your stay in Sandbridge.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, only a short walk across the street from the beach. This building is also in a good location,close to a general store and getting in/out of sandbridge. Parking was good, with plenty of spots during our stay. Keyless entry was easy. Pool was nice and kid friendly. Overall, i would stay here again.

Beach Delight 116 exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better with easy access to the beach and the Sandbridge Market across the street. It was very spacious with updated amenities and very nice furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with everything the spaced would need and there was even starter items like dishwasher soap, trash bags, and hand soap. The bathrooms have great water pressure with hot water readily available. We have stayed at Sandbridge Dunes multiple times, and this was by far the best condo so far!

The house was very roomy, well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. Plenty of room for everyone, spacious closets. Very nice pool.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. All the amenities of home. My rating was less than perfect due to the lack of parking for oversized vehicles and no notice that this would be an issue.

House was nice nothing worked right TV didn’t work in two areas , no Wi-Fi . Maintenance people need to get more knowledge on repairs. . No access to fitness area . Vacasa people you talk to didn’t knew how anything worked or how to get something fixed. No one at site followed any rules that where posted no security or anyone checking on site

The place was spacious and comfortable with sleeping and seating for 8! And the ocean right outside! Even in the winter it was cozy and beautiful! The expanse and hunting for shells on an empty beach was great!

Convenient to beach and pool, clean and great for two families with kids
