Newly Renovated! Best view of Jinks Creeks. Lots of Amenities. Sleeps 8

Perfect location and quick walk to the beach! Very nicely updated and was really nice that sheets and towels were available. The view of the marsh was beautiful, and I could watch my husband fish while I read on the porch. We will definitely book again for next year.

Condo great . Small bedroom really small. Access to bay not what we expected. Kitchen fine, wifi ok.

Great place, tremendous location! Easy walk to the beach. The provided beach cart/buggy made it even more so. Also, because of the location, it provides the best sunsets over the intercostal waterway. The property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Sheila was responsive and accommodating. The location was close enough to the beach with convenient access. The description fit the place well.

We have enjoyed OIB for many years and we added the use of this condo with our growing family. It was perfect! Had the space and amenities we needed with a great location. Everything about our stay was wonderful!

Impeccable property…was just as nice as the pictures portrayed…the view was amazing, ….every single detail was thought of….our 2 grandkids enjoyed crabbing from the docks, swimming in the pool, riding scooters around the neighborhood, and of course, playing on the beach… we have been vacationing at Ocean Isle for 42 years….its simply the perfect spot, and this condo was perfect for our family .

This condo was perfect for our beach getaway! On the second floor (one flight of stairs) with a beautiful front porch overlooking the saltwater marsh, and right across from the neighborhood tennis/ pickleball court, the condo was spacious for our family of 4. It was a quick walk to the public beach access or to the Starbourd beachfront pool and beach access. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking a meal, and the beds were comfortable. Sheila was a wonderful host - very responsive to questions and made us feel like we were staying at a friends' place. We look forward to coming back for our next getaway and highly recommend this condo!

We had a great time at OIB over Thanksgiving weekend. Condo was clean, in a great location and the view from the front porch was amazing!!

We go to Ocean Isle every summer and always stay in this complex. This condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It's renovated and the kitchen is much more spacious than other units. We also love being directly on the sound and the view! Would stay here again without question!

All was good except the floors were very dirty and there seem to be a roach problem. But overall it was great

We loved our stay at this property. The amenities were nice; we swam and played pickleball daily. We loved sitting on the porch watching the sunset over Jinks Creek.

We loved staying at Mamma Mia! There is literally nothing I could have asked for better - we did have some issues with WiFi being slow or not working, and Sheila and Alex dropped off a WiFi extender for the apartment! In the meantime, it was wonderful to be able to be unplugged and not have a reason to use a screen. Alex and Sheila were so kind, very responsive, and fast. We also requested a late checkout the day of, and they had no problem allowing us time to leisurely go out. My husband and I went with two other couples and it was exactly the perfect size for us. My favorite part was the fully stocked kitchen. Not with food but with plates, pans, knives, spices… anyone who has stayed at other rental properties might have run into an instance of using one of three knives provided for food prep, and it is more dull and useless than a plastic butter knife. This kitchen was STOCKED. I love cooking, so that was genuinely a highlight for me ? The location is perfect. It is very easily walkable to the beach. Maybe a 4 minute walk…. With a view of the waterway (dolphins seen in the morning!) Without the ocean front prices! 10/10 recommend this place.
