Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit butrs up against the wider part of the Penthouse building so the patio feels like it’s tucked away in a private corner. There is enough room on the patio with the ground in front of it for lots of people to gather without being in anyone’s way. That is my favorite part of unit 008.The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is everything you’d expect so if you are a bit of a chef, you will want to bring your own knife. The master bedroom is huge so plenty of room for a pack-n-play if needed. This was our second time in unit 008 and I will choose it again.

The staff from Amber, Mary Lou, Andy and others are always very pleasant. Our property is always clean, neat and well furnished. Golfing at Blackstone, Eagle Springs, Links, and Regatta Bay was fantastic. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The second bedroom is unusable because the light outside the window lights the room up. There was so much junk stuffed in every closet there was barely room to hang your clothes. Big gouges in walls everywhere and main bedroom shower needs a complete rehab. Unable to use that shower. Absolutely nothing in kitchen to cook with like s&p, any spices,oil, etc. No dish soap either. Entire place needs a deep clean. Beach towels would be nice. Very disappointed.

The owners keep this place very neat. Everything we need. Amber and Mary Lou are the best. Always willing to help out. The grounds are always kept clean.

The master shower floor pan does need attention as the laminate is peeling up. The guest bathroom was wonderful in comparison. The sofa table in the kitchen was perfect to store all the shelf groceries. We weren't sure if the hanging fish on the wall was decorative or to be used as a cutting board- we borrowed one from our friends that were there just in case it was not, so a note to use it would be appropriate. The knives need a good sharpening.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful time during my stay in Unit #8. I found it to be just the right size for my part of 3 adults and 4 children. I'm looking forward to our trip there again next year and maybe very interested in the same unit. This will be decided by the number of people in my party. I look for that number to grow and may have to find a 3 bedroom. I spent the last 3 days there by myself and found it very comforting and quiet. If I were to or may I make a suggestion, I would put some no-slip tape strips in the bottom of the tub shower. I only say this because I nearly slipped and fell on two different occasions. I feel that this would be a safety issue worth the owners looking into. Just a suggestion. Overall I was very pleased and so was my family. We thank you very much
