Newly Renovated 3BR 2BA Oceanfront Condo w/ Pool

My family and I had a great time. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. Right in the beach. Can’t beat it. Landlord was very helpful in communicating as well. Would rent it again.

Condo was very nice. Kitchen had everything you would need. Disappointed the pool was closed when we where there. I know it’s not the owner’s fault, but that was one really big reason why I chose to rent this property!

We stayed at this condo just for a quick weekend trip, but really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean(which is my biggest issue with most properties) and everything was in good shape overall. Although we didn’t use much of what was in the condo since we were not there long, it looked to have everything you would need. There were a few notes in the home about items that were going to be getting replaced or updated shortly. The view was great and we saw dolphins swimming by within a few minutes of walking in the door. This side of the island is quiet, which is what we wanted. The owner was great and very responsive. The check in process was very easy as well. It was a great place and we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a comfortable and relaxing stay in this property. The location was good if you like quiet and relaxing, which we do. The Oceanside West II complex was clean and well maintained. Located at the south end of Ocean Isle Beach, the beach itself is beautiful, flat and great for walking! There is a public beach access running right past the unit, which made beach access very easy. The complex is set back from the beach a bit so the view up and down the beach wasn't the best, but you are ocean front so you still have that nice ocean view. There is a pool which was open and looked nice, however we didn't use it. The condo was newly updated, with more updates apparently coming for 2021. The unit was clean and attractive. According to the owners the mattresses were new and the master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a regular coffee maker but no Keurig, which I'm kind of spoiled to. The deck off the living area had a nice table and chairs for sitting and enjoying the view. The owners were very helpful, and responded quickly to any questions that I had. The only negatives were the armchairs in the living area weren't very comfortable, and we never could get the TV in the master bedroom to connect to the cable. Overall great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our week. The owner is super responsive, helpful and interested in assuring that all is as expected. The pre and post instructions were clear and accurate. This property will stay on our list for future stays.

Overall, our experience was good. I'm not sure if this was a VRBO thing, a COVID thing, or a property manager thing, but we didn't find out until after we were committed to at least 50% of the cost that we had to provide all linens, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap/dishwashing detergent. I can understand a few of those things because of COVID, but I was surprised at some of the essentials. Once we got there, the place had toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap, but we also had packed our own. The property was nice, with recent upgrades and more to come (sticky notes on things that will be replaced in 2021). It's nice being on the top floor, and had a nice view of the ocean, with a great balcony to view it, as well as eat meals on. Being at the end of the island was nice, too, to avoid most of the crowds.
