Beautiful setting. Convenient to resort restaurants and shops, but a little bit of a drive to other restaurants and area shopping. Moderate walk to beach.

Our family had a fabulous experience staying at The Treehouse! Everything was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again when we return to Amelia Island!

Incredibly well stocked! Had great toys, beach supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen. We had a problem with the AC ( no fault of owners) and they were super responsive and had a repair person out very quickly. Great experience!!

Jill and Jed’s “treehouse” was absolutely wonderful! It had such a nice homey feel. They supplied everything we needed, and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. They were very responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to others!

My niece and I spent several days at the Treehouse.The condo was well appointed and beautiful. We so enjoyed visiting Center Street in Fernadina Beach. All the restaurants were very good. There so many others we would have liked to try, but just not enough time. We had an issue with the elevator being dirty. Jill, Lee and Lindsey responded quickly even after the building did not respond. Lindsey came over and took care of it herself. The beaches were clean and nice. We would recommend Amelia Island and The Treehouse.

The condo feels like home, and the views from every window fit the description as a treehouse. We had a terrific vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and paved/shaded trails of the Omni Resorts property. Wonderful restaurants within the Plantation are a short, enjoyable walk away (no more than 10 minutes). The property manager and owner were attentive to our needs.Off property, access to groceries and the downtown shops and restaurants are a quick drive away.We are already planning to return to the island and hope The Tree House is once again available.

Property was close to the beach. We were able to ride bikes, walk, swim, play golf. Perfect location.

Tranquil, relaxed. Loved the condo but did not use the deck. It wasn't useful for us.

I felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. The unit was fully stocked with anything and everything that I could possibly need during my stay. A couple of issues arose during my stay and the property manager and unit owner resolved these problems promptly.

Our return stay at Treehouse by the sea was enjoyable again this year. Condo is clean, welcoming, has everything you need and is very comfortable. It is accurately advertised there were no disappointments. It is so nice it’s hard to leave.

This location works perfectly. A short distance to the Amelia Beach club, pool is steps away and so is the beach!! Perfect location and quiet getaway!

The treehouse by the sea was the perfect stay for our family of 3. We stayed at the Omni hotel the first night of our vacation and when we checked into the treehouse condo we were so grateful for the extra space and home-like amenities. Great location inside Omni grounds. Definitely recommend!

Great location with a short walk to the beach & trails. The plantation offers beautiful scenery and the treehouse is secluded and quiet.

We had a wonderful time on Amelia Island. This property is in a great location .. very close to the beach and the plantation shops. The unit is very nicely decorated and communication with the owners is outstanding both before and during the visit.

Yes, this is quite the treehouse! If you love to be surrounded by beautiful trees and hanging moss, this is the place for you. Very nicely decorated with the tree theme. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Small, but nice balcony for reading and morning coffee. The location is nice with a short walk to the lovely beach. Ride bikes along the trail right outside your door. These trails connect to the town trails and you can ride outside of the Plantation a great distance. The pool is nice but water was cold when we were there. However, we enjoyed relaxing by it and taking in the pretty views of the golf course and pond. The Plantation hands down is just a magical area with all amazing vegetation, scenery and gorgeous beach. We hope to be back again.
